Awful service. They overcharged us by $20 and when I asked to see a price board they couldn't show me anything with prices listed. Two nails fell off as soon as we got home, so we turned around and went right back! We got scolded by the nail tech, who refused to take responsibility for the error. She said we needed to be more careful. Then she repainted with the wrong color. So two nails were a different shade. It was a horrible experience for an $85 set!

My nails were nothing like the quality I'm used to, the paint is ridged and there isn't any straight lines. I asked for a very simple picture compared to some of the designs show on your profile and I did not get the quality I came for. The matte coat I asked for shows all the flaws and the French tips are very sloppy, the clear coat over top isn't on just the tip color it overlaps and looks rushed and like they didn't care while doing it. I included the reference photo I asked for, every other photo is what I got.

I use to LOVE bella nails when Kim was there but I went a month later and they charged me $15 extra dollars then normal. My french tips nails were uneven and bumpy. So dissatisfied with my nails for the price I paid, especially when the new owner raised the prices and doesn’t even display the new prices anywhere in the nail salon.UPDATE: The next morning my nail polish peeled off on one finger. I called and asked if the could fix it and then they would charge me $10 again. So my nails would now be $70 for uneven, bumpy, and paint peeling off.Service: Acrylic nails

I wanted to have acrylic nails removed and a gel manicure. I sat at Kim's station, she seemed annoyed that I was there. A moment later she passed me off to someone else who proceeded to remove the acrylic. I was there for less than 10 minutes and had received 2 cuts on two different fingers and another nail burned from the nail Dremel. Then, after cutting my my thumb, the nail technician was confused about why I refused to put my finger in the bowl of acetone to finish soaking off the acrylic. She said "It's not cut". Ummm, ok it FEELS like it was as cut, and looks like it was cut, do I am not putting it in the acetone. Then Kim came over and said "I'll finish them for you". I said "No, thanks. You didn't want to do my nails to begin with.". I've never done this, I walked out. I still have jagged pieces of acrylic still on my nails. Unless you want your fingers to feel like they went through the meat grinder, skip this place.

They took my reservation for 2 people to each have a gel manicure! We both arrived on-time for our 11:00am appointments and at 11:15 - we both were still waiting to be acknowledged - they were all busy with other customers and didn’t even look up at us waiting, waiting, waiting, they didn’t even say Hello or Welcome - they just ignored both of us and just kept working on the customers they had in their chair. We left and found another shop that actually treats their customers with respect! Never going back!!!!! New ownership is THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time going to this salon!!!!Services: Manicure

Sorry to say we will not be going back. After ten years plus. New owner increased prices, same service. Also clean up of nails increased $10.00. Not to mention they would not accept a full stamp card . We threw it away. The girls that work there are great! Good luck with new owner!Service: Pedicures

Usually have a fantastic experience here over the years. Spent my time and &$ on a gel pedicure and it was not good…it was hazy and flat, not shiny. I used some gel top coat at home to fix it and now it’s shiny like it should be. I don’t know how the tech would not have noticed this. Wish I would have looked closer and said something when I was there. It’s a silly thing they really should have caught… Was a real bummer!!Service: Pedicures

first time coming here. Nails are not even, nails are very bumpy. Not straight, barely spent time filing. Messy French tip. Was rushing and wasn’t taking her time.
