Do not go here, at this location they will tell you that the protection plan was needed when buying a new phone. He said I HAVE to have the plan for the new phone, (which I later found out I don't) they also upgraded all the phone plans (5) without my permission to raise the monthly bill by $60. They will lie to your face and make you spend more money that you don't need to. Disappointed in the employee that told me that and raised the bill.

We switched from At n T to Verizon in January 2023, and I just found out that we have been charged every month on auto pay for a phone we have never had. Was never happy with them to begin with and very upset with them now I would not ever recommend anybody going with AT&T. Verizon is awesome.

Garrett the Store Manager is the best AT&T rep I have ever worked with in my 20 years with them. He was able to solve a lot of issues and help me get my phone working again after lots of others couldn't.

I've had a terrible experience at this store and can't seem to get anyone at this store to take accountability for their actions. I moved to AT&T in February from Verizon onto my husband's account. When I moved to AT&T, I turned in my iPhone for a credit towards a new phone. My husband upgraded his phone about a week later. He also turned in his old phone for a credit towards a new phone.AT&T is now saying we did not turn in our phones and is charging us $2000+ for the phones. I've been in the store several times with no action, asked to talk to the district manager 3 times, was told 3 times he would call me and I have yet to hear from him and customer service keeps telling me to go back to the store with the issue since it was them who didn't turn in the phones.I would like someone above the store manager to contact me instead of ignoring me. At this point, I believe AT&T stole our phones and the district manager is part of the scam. And I am stuck with the bill. I completely regret switching carriers and am planning on going back to Verizon as soon as this is cleared up. As a new customer, I am shocked at how poorly this company takes care of it's customers.

There were a lot of mistakes made in my contract change and in the purchase of new phones . I had to go to another , corporate, store the next day and spent 3 hours fixing all the problems.

I came in with my Mom to look at a new smartphone for her and the two gentlemen (Nate and DJ) were very nice, helpful and polite.

Went in last friday, and was instantly greeted at the door.. (Great start to my usual not so good trip to the phone store) Upon upgrading my device, and getting a few extra items, the salesmen working noticed a slight discrepancy in my account that was causing me to be paying more than i should. After fixing that I wanted to cry, i couldn't believe for years i had been overpaying for service. Beyond thankful for Nate, and ATT!!

My husband went to this location to activate his new phone and transfer contacts. His phone was activated then he was sent to another location because the employee did not know how to transfer the numbers. The other location did not help him either. I get it that his old phone was so obsolete that he had to transfer the numbers by hand. I am angry that he came home feeling frustrated and ignorant because he did not even know how to answer this phone. Please realize that new is hard for the elderly and a little compassion would have gone a long way. It would have been nice if the employee would have walked him through the new phone and showed him how to transfer the numbers.

Brian was phenomenal! I went to the Burnsville store earlier and was immediately put off by how pushy and salesy the rep who was helping me was. The Burnsville rep also came across as inexperienced in his knowledge of phones and brands I was seeking help on. Brian was the extreme opposite and helped answer all my questions quickly and with great customer service. He's an asset and helped me upgrade my plan, add a new line, and help me purchase a bunch of accessories. Thanks Brian!
