The hell you have to go through just to get your rx filled. Why is it when your Dr gives you a rx and the insurance approved it , why they think it’s there business on when to fill it. My Dr wouldn’t have given it to me if I didn’t need it.

This is my 2nd terrible experience in the last week. First, was with a very rude pharmacy technician making it near impossible to try and help transfer a prescription for my daughter. Was so rude over the phone, I couldn’t even get a word in without her cutting me off.Tonight, as I was trying to pay for photo prints, we had a very sweet and helpful cashier. She had asked her manager for help entering a coupon. The manager could not be bothered to help. Was extremely rude to the employee, and to myself. She left the register without acknowledging me, and told her employee she was not going to help her figure it out. Definitely not someone who should be working in customer service, let alone be labeled as a “manager” in charge of other employees. I have been a customer at Sauk Rapids Walgreen’s for over 15 years. Overall not impressed with our service this week, and will likely be taking my business elsewhere.

Brought my disposable camera there 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten a word on when it will be ready. I’ve called and never been taken off hold and the one time they did answer the lady was rude and not helpful. Do not go here for any photo services. It will not get done in a timely manner and customer service is awful.

Fast service for prescriptions, great crafts. Love looking at the toys and stuffed animals. Decent animal and beauty sections, cheap foods and snack selections.

Have consistent issues with walgreens. Most common problem is prescriptions saying they're ready but aren't. For example, one day the app showed medicine was ready for pickup. I called to verify a 2nd time and they said to give them 30 min (so it wasn't ready). When I got to the pharmacy about 45 min later, they said it would be another 30 minutes from there. This is a reoccurring issue and happens nearly every time a pickup is needed. I've wasted gas and time driving back and forth. I also help my mother to pick up her prescriptions, and same story. We are both switching to coborns pharmacy instead.

Andrea was extremely rude towards another employee simply asking for help. Gave a nasty look to another employee opening a door.

I literally could not imagine a pharmacy having worst service than this one. The randomly cancel my prescriptions for no reason if they don't want to fill them. I need to change and find another one that takes my insurance.

Worst store ever. I had to pick up three prescriptions for my husband. I came to the Walgreens in Sauk Rapids on December 7, 2022. I was able to pick up one of the prescriptions and the woman told me the other two would be ready within an hour. I came back today, December 9, and I’m told again that they’re not ready but I could come back in an hour. This is after standing in line for 32 minutes. I previously pulled my prescriptions from Walgreens because they gave me the incorrect dosage three times in a row and an iron pill that I’m supposed to take daily is actually available over the counter and they were charging me $35.00. I got it for $7.00. Go anywhere but here. Horrible.

Waited 29 minutes at drive through for a prescription with only one vehicle in front of me. Even though my order had been called in and was supposed to be ready I was told if I came back in 2 or 3 hours it should be done. I mentioned it to my fellow workers and found that two of them who use Walgreens say that 70% of the time prescriptions are no ready when they go to pick them up. I would say the 70% of not ready on time is right on the mark. I called and talked to the manager who said they are short staffed but this has been an issue for years. The manager suggested I take my business else where if I was unhappy with Walgreens service. I will do as she suggested. I guess Walgreens is big enough that they don't really need some of their customers. Coborns here I come.

I called the pharmacy for refill and was told it would be ready in 1 hour. I also received a call saying my refills are ready to pick. When I went to pick my meds the next day through drive through, they couldn't find my account. I told them I used this pharmacy for at least 5 years. Then after a long waiting they told me I don't have a refill and they asked me "who told you have refill?". This is very bad and unprofessional service. I am running out of my diabetes meds now. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I had a prescription called in, I went in 3 hours later just to be told "they don't have a ticket for me". I called my Dr and apparently they've been doing this a lot, claiming they didn't receive a called in prescription. I had my Dr send it to coborns and they will be getting my business from now on!

Nothing but problems with this pharmacy. Extreme rudeness by the lady with tattoos all over her arms. We switched to coborns pharmacy.

Called a script in at noon on Monday and was told it would be ready for pu on Tuesday. Got to drive thru on Tuesday at 1:04 pm, car in front of me was at window for 9 minutes waiting for their order. Don't know what the holdup was but if a script isn't ready please have the customer pull ahead and let someone else up. Finally at 1:17 I get up to the window for the RUDE attendant to tell me my script wasn't ready....24 hours after it was called in !She told me I could try back later...YOU EVER WANT TO CHOKE A CHICKEN ? I tried calling and was told 2 callers ahead of me, then 1 and then nothing but music because they all left to go on lunch while I was still on the line ! So almost 10 minutes of waiting on the phone for nothing, a little over a half hour wasted and on top of that rude rude people.I called the store and talked to a store manager who apologized and said they are running 3 DAYS BEHIND ON FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS ! I'm sorry do you think you could change your recording or post something in the store ! HE said again I'm sorry we don't have any control over that....well today is Friday and do you think that Walgreens has the COURTESY TO CALL ME and tell me my script is ready ? NOPE...one of their excuses is they can't get people to work ...cause people don't want to work anymore he said. Even if I could work I wouldn't want to work for a company like Walgreens. My prescription plan changes Jan 1....bah buy Walgreens...hope they shut your doors. I don't trust your service if you're that shorthanded ! CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS PEOPLE.

Have used Walgreens in Sauk Rapids for over 20 years, but something is very wrong there now.It took four visits to get one prescription. First Not Ready, second visit, no prescription, third visit not ready, forth visit wrong prescription readying.Also lines very long waiting to be serviced inside and out!
