I recently switched to this pharmacy. I appreciate their drive-through and the expanded hours. When a new medication is prescribed, the pharmacist provides a consult. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to pick up medications. Staff is knowledgable and courteous.

They are always very helpful and kind. Even when we had an emergency one time trying to find a prescription with urgent timing, they just helped us stay calm and find a solution. We are very appreciative.

If there was an option for 0/5 stars I would give them that. Prescriptions are never ready on time, we rarely get notifications when they are ready but then will get the phone call saying they’re being re-stocked on the shelves. Most of the staff seem inconvenienced that you’re there & aren’t friendly. I wish we could go elsewhere but can’t because of insurance.

They don't answer the phone, they make mistakes and hours have gotten more limited. I switched to Walmart pharmacy....

Ugh! Love that they can get the specific brand of pill I need to split in half. HATE the rule of not being able to pick up my refills before 2 days of the last date I picked them up the previous month. Makes it very difficult when you are an out of town senior. PLUS I have been trying all day to verify when they will release my RX 's for pickup , and thus far , I had 1 call ahead of me for over 10 minutes then it disconnected me. 2nd call I had 2 calls ahead of me so I figured I might as well hang up and now I was listening to how important my call is to them for 16 minutes. I hung up. I know there's a staffing issue but this is ridiculous. REVIEW UPDATE: Since I wrote this initial review , I had the Pharmacist call my home and tell me they would no longer be able to get the brand of pill I need.... BECAUSE ... . \"WE DON'T HAVE THE STAFF AND TIME TO ORDER SPECIAL BRANDS OF MEDICATION .\" Kinda thought that was your job. WTactualF???

They called to tell me my prescription was filled and when I arrived it was a 40 minute wait and then they informed me that it is not ready.

Yep, it’s true. There is always a line and it takes about 30 minutes to get to you. I have been with them for a year and a half and nearly never had a positive experience. They are always closed on random days/weekends making it difficult to have things filled on time. I never have my meds when I need them and as I’m sure you can imagine, that causes a LOT of problems. Oh, one of your employees also accused me of getting high on my meds that don’t get you high??? Really immature, out of pocket behaviors. You should be helping people, not hurting them and depriving them of their medications. My doctor has confirmed multiple times that it’s on your end and I hope something big is done soon.

This pharmacy is a joke. Not open on weekends or fridays sometimes. Then I went in and told the person in pharmacy that I was changing pharmacies. She started yelling at me if u know of anybody wanting to learn how to work there, etc. they had called in my extra the day before and it still wasn’t ready. Don’t need the hassle.

The worst pharmacy. Wait time through drive through is almost always 30min. To contact them on the phone is a hold of about 45 min. They randomly cancel your prescriptions and make you jump through hoops to refill them- making them always late. I’ve never had a positive experience in the 3 years with them.

If you need a refill on your current prescription it is either delayed or out of stock. And the drive up plan on a nice wait time. Sartell is no better they are temporarily closed.
