“Customer service is mostly great, but every now and then (not often) you'll get a representative that disregards vehicle symptom information from the customer, they just want to get it in the shop and start tearing into it. Vehicle service is precise and comprehensive. Pricing is higher than mom-and-pop shops, but Motorworks makes for a great Plan-B for hobby mechanics such as myself”

I called around you about 12 different shops, including all the Kia dealerships in Minnesota, and Kennedy transmission was the cheapest quote for about $1300.
