I’ve finished paying off my car and have “owned” it for close to two years. Am currently unable to sell my car though, since they never released the lien on it. I went in two weeks ago to ask for the paperwork, and was told I’d be called back the next day. I haven’t heard from them stillEdit: I finally received my lien release today. I received a text from mad motors saying that it was sent out a week ago, but returned. He also said that I’d have to stop by the office to pick it up. No worries though, it’s a short drive. I get there, I pick up my form, and I get out to my truck and notice immediately that the notary date was today, April 25th, a few days after I posted my bad review. I had suspicions since the address I used is still current, but now I have proof that they lied to my face.Don’t do business with these guys. I don’t know if they forgot about my stuff and just left it on the back burner, but my sister had the same exact problem and still hasn’t received her forms. These people will sell you a car lying about the condition, leave the rest of the work on the back burner, and lie when you ask for what should’ve been done months ago. My family and I will never do business with mad motors again, and you should probably avoid them as wellI imagine they’ll try to argue with this review like a lot of the other bad reviews that they’ve gotten so dm me if you want pictures. Keep in mind though that over a quarter of the reviews for these guys is the lowest possible rating. Save yourself the time

Kim was great to deal with!. Honest, flexible, and communicative. Purchased a Volvo wagon for the family. They identified a few issues prior to sale and fixed them without batting an eye or raising the price. Who does that!!! Would buy again from them without hesitation.

I bought my mom a Volvo wagon about 9 years ago.. the car has been a great runner and she even spent $700 to fix it recently because she likes it so much.. the owners were great to work with.. I did not use their financing when I bought the car.. I would recommend them to others

The message i wrote to Kim, (mom) after selling me a lemon of a car last weekend.. 2/8/2021 You guys are a piece of work. There is so much wrong with the suv you sold me last week, over 5800 worth of leaks, bad turbo, bad hoses, everything your mechanic son should have seen and been able to fix. Instead you choose to rip me off and sell me a car that you knew would be breaking down with me in my wheelchair in it. We drove all the way down from St Paul Park, MN twice, because their mechanic "got the check engine lights off" as requested before we bought the 2009 Mazda cx-7. Simple stuff he knew damn well was wrong with it and would be reset by the computer after unplugging the battery. Buyers beware, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I choose to support small business during a pandemic and here I sit careless.

Kudos to Mad Motors! My son bought a car which had some issues of which he was informed about. The car was running rough so we called Mad Motors asking how to fix the problems. The owner suggested we bring the car back and they replaced a sensor at no charge. The car is running good now. It was a good experience and very glad to do business with a dealer that gives good customer service after the sale.

Awful car dealership. Illegally sold my brother a car, and on top of that the owner was a total j**** HUNG UP ON when we tried to get our money back. Very unprofessional and a waste of time and money. I strongly encourage no one shops here.

Terrible place to get a car. The owner is a j*** and completely dishonest. If you still choose to go here, make sure you either have someone or yourself checks out the car inside and out before you buy it. They’ll do and say anything to get it off their lot.

Took advantage of a young car buyer without a lot of knowledge about cars. Sold him a vehicle that had a leaking transmission and radiator stop leak in the system causing the radiator to fully stop working less than 6 months after purchase. Sold him a car worth about $500 or less for $2000. Dishonest car salesmen that do shotty repairs to the cars they sell. Buyer beware
