I do not recommend buying any furniture from this place. The sales associates intentionally and knowingly mislead their customers. they do not take responsibility for their poor customer service, and sales skills. save yourself some time having to hire a lawyer and frustration by considering more reliable And trustworthy options before dealing with Great Northern unclaimed freight.

Great service and great product. Told the owner what piece of furniture we wanted it. He had it onsite in a few days. This is the second time we have purchased from them and will continue doing business through them.

He really needs to redo the store. He has a lot of really cool furniture in the back and some one of the kind pieces but when you first see the store when you come in it looks like a bunch of broken stuff and not a really good place to shop itI am glad I walked to the back. I really recommend people to stop here if you're looking for furniture

Amazing prices on furniture! The owner is helpful and friendly without being overbearing about making a sale which I really appreciate. I browsed and made my purchase all within 30 minutes. Expecting delivery of my couch tomorrow!

First off I want to say WOW, you guys truly have amazing customer service. I called in with a picture of the recliner sofa, paid over the phone, and it was delivered NEXT DAY. I can honestly say I have not seen customer service like this in a really long time! Thank you again guys!

I was surprised by how much furniture was there. I didn't find the exact Recliner I wanted but had a picture of it and he was able to order it for me. At a GREAT PRICE. It never came in because of the supply chain. BUT I WENT IN FOUND A BETTER ONE. A year later I'm happy as a Clam. I love my Loveseat and my Recliner I got. If I ever need anything else I know were to go.
