I have been getting donuts Monday thru Friday for almost a year now. There is one person working that doesn't meet the quality that other employees meet. I have been complaining about him since May to the store manager and bakery department and nothing has been done. I started filling out online complaints through their website and today I was asked to not come back if I don't like the one employees donuts. They have no bakery manager right now, they fired the person who was keeping up with the quality of baked goods. Prior to them firing the bakery manager, this bad employee only worked twice a week. Since firing the bakery manager he is working almost every day. I would suggest going to the bakery down the street on Benton before going to coborn's for your donuts!
