The worst pharmacy hands down. If you want to wait 5 effing days for a prescription to be filled, for the pharmacy staff to be rude as they can be while still doing their job, and for them to not give you any grace at all, this is the place for you. If not I suggest going basically anywhere else even places like Walgreens and CVS.

Multiple times I have went in to get a prescription filled to be told it wasn’t ready. Not the issue. The issue is coming back when they told me it would be ready only to be told it is still a 20-30 wait time. Just tell me it is going to be an hour in the first place.

Don’t get all the negative reviews…looks like self entitled people. I’ve never had an issue here and when there was a discrepancy or issue with my meds they always helped me out til it was resolved. Staff has changed over the years but I have yet to have any of them be rude to me at all.

The pharmacy couldn't fill my boyfriend's antibiotic, and didn't tell us it was an antibiotic until it was too late. Now he's been admitted to the hospital due to this medication being on backorder for almost a week. Change pharmacies if I were you, unless you want to wait for your medications and they just don't tell you what it is. These people don't care about your well being!!!

Unacceptable customer service very rude an making the customer do there job being out of a very important medication I have stage 4 breast cancer they making me figure out the solution cause they don’t care about there customers they need better workers in this world So I recommend not going to the Sauk Rapids pharmacy then don’t want to do extra Thanks Cobarns pharmacy

For several years, I have expected meds delivered according to our previous agreement. Today, I discovered that automatic scheduled delivery is not available anymore. (How was I to know that!) A person answering the phone called me rude for asking for clarification. She said she was busy, because the policy made her job more difficult! How is that my problem? I can't move to Walgreens, my neighbors say service there is worse. I do have one option -- to move all my meds to mail order once more, I am condemned to dealing with a robot call. This is not what I want, and neither do you, I think

They have a great selection, beautiful displays, very organized, employees are always checking the items and produce to make sure they are stocked with the most updated,fresh items. the store is always clean. and the employees are very kind.
