I paid 500 in damage deposit, live there for a year . I cleaned everything in the apartment when I moved out. I took pictures for proof. When I received my deposit back I received $95.. dollars back from $500. What joke

Great prices, but I have been here 3 years now and still don't have screens on my windows. There was a water leak in the apartment above me, so there is damage to my ceiling that also hasn't been repaired. The list goes on, but all utilities included at a what to be expected price.

Having been in these apartments I can say they're much better than Pheasants Ridge which is just down the road. While both are decent the interior quality is just better here. If you're looking for some apts out of the way but close to town this is a good place.
