The guys are just great. It broke down in the evening, the towing truck brought me to them and they immediately started repairing it. They did it until 10 pm until they delivered the finished truck that same day. You are super. Thanks a lot

I had a sensor issue, and was under a time crunch, Matt, the tech, can right out, changed the sensor in the parking lot and I was on my way! Great customer service, really appreciate the quick help.

Why would a meeting be more important than a customer? Was in there couple weeks ago because a truck for sale caught my eye. Was curious but ended up just grabbing a couple parts to go. Stood around 5-10 minutes waiting to check out because workers were in a "meeting". Had to leave without parts. Definitely put me off. Sorry, my job is all about time.

Stopped in this evening with codes showing up on my truck. Deri, Service advisor looked at truck with computer and diagnosed problem within 1 hour of arrival. He put everything down to take care of me. Kyle in parts stopped doing what he was doing to look up a new dpf with clamps and I also got both belts for the engine. They had everything I needed on hand and took care of my needs without even having an appointment. They treated me with respect and are a great representatives for Rihm kenworth. I feel very confident in saying that they are a great asset to the Sauk Centre location. Thank you guys and Rihm for everything.

The absolute best service department anywhere, they are a fast clean and honest group that want nothing more than to get your truck back on the road, never over charge and never try and convince you that you need something when you don't, not a whole lot of shops are that way anymore but these guys definitely are
