I was passing through Sauk Centre and pulled off the highway for gas. My car has some serious problems as I pulled up to the pump and completely died. I was able to get it over to Midtown Sales and Service and even though it was a half hour before they opened, Manager Corey was out mowing the lawn. He stopped to help me anyway. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I could tell that his goal was to help me get back on the road. No sales pitch, no delay is in service. He spent nearly an hour helping me, checking the codes, test driving it around the block, researching the problem online. He was able to determine the issue and quickly got supplies delivered to the shop. The charge was so minimal I felt like I should have given him a tip. Not only a life-saver, but honest and focused on what was important; quality auto care. I was blown away by their service.
