Absolutely the worst communication of anyplace I have ever bought parts from.They say they have the part, I drive 40 miles to get it and apparently the part is no good but Noone ever called to tell me that so I sit and wait for them to pull another part but apparently they didn't have time but again Noone tells me so I wai for nothing for 45 minutes before the guy behind the counter asks where they are with the part and they said they don't have time today, do yourself a favor and just call somewhere else.

I found out about Jack’s from another Salvage yard up by Bemidji. Called Jack’s and they had the part I needed. What service and attention to detail! You can bet I will return!

They charge way too much for a 2008 bumper. That I had to dig out over two feet of snow. It was in bad shape too.
