Incredible customer service and FAST, efficient, service. My previous company(of 18years) was a gigantic rip-off and extremely rude whenever speaking to customer service. Crown has been a pleasure to switch to and I can't believe it took this long for me to switch. I called today at 2 pm and asked to be put on the schedule for a fill and my tank was filled by 4 pm....Today! Same day service and I live 75+ miles away from Sauk center! Thanks to Isaac and crew of Crown Petroleum in Sauk Center!

Requested a value replacement on my propane tank. The verbal estimate from the driver sent out Crown Gas was about $200. When I got the bill, it was $405.When I questioned why the bill was twice the estimated amount, Isaac from Crown Gas said the driver, who was sent out by Crown Gas, in a Crown Gas truck, wearing a Crown Gas uniform, "has no authority to make a verbal bill. That he is not in charge of billing."How am I to decide about using their services if I can't trust their employee's word?Isaac was very rude and condescending. As a long-time account holder, I have closed my account with them.

My husband called 2 weeks prior our tank being at <20%. Now it's new years Eve and our tank is almost empty! Can't wait to get ride of this company and change to natural gas. RUDE, threatening to pick up our tank because we chose to go with someone else the end of winter, gave us a week to find another gas company. Also stated I FORCED a driver to come out on Christmas Eve and charged us 100 without any communication.

I’ve called constantly to see if there was someone coming out to check my tank and I was told time and time again that there is someone that comes out to check every few weeks! Now I’m almost out of gas in my tank! Why was this not taken care of earlier when it was brought to your companies attention well before the holidays??
