My husband and I shop at this casey's quite often and today we went in and threw cashier, Dani, was getting delivered a brown bag of alcohol from a customer so she could take it home after her shift. This isn't the only time I've seen it. I didn't know this was ok for cashiers to ask customers to go get them alcohol and then put it behind the counter. This is very very disappointing. I don't know how cooperate is okay with this.

Pump display screens are sunburned and illegible. Squeegees are hard, wavy and totally ineffective. Paper dispensers are empty. Pump islands are rusted out, bent and crumbling. At least the gas price is competitive.

Add prices are not honored here even when posted all over the store. Have had this happen multiple times and just get told "well that's how it's ringing up... I don't care, YOU LEAGALLY HAVE TO HONOR YOUR ADVERTISED PRICING. will be contacting corporate as it seems to only be this store

They got some lazy people in the kitchen area that never have pizza in the warmer.. And if there is some in there it's 3 hours old.. 3 out of 4 days now this week.. And they got 3 workers in there standing around.... Smh..

The two light haired women working the front counter on Saturday, June 18th at 12:15 were so rude, I couldn't believe it. They were yelling at us to pay for our pizza before we got it (we called ahead for pick up) The dark haired women working in the kitchen was nice and there was something wrong with the printer and the two women in the front check out kept screaming towards the kitchen for the pizza receipt. There was nobody else in line waiting, and the printer wasn't working. The front 2 yelled at us 4 times for it. We can't give them a receipt that isn't printing!? I got the pizza and some pepper flakes & cheese and put them in a bag. We paid at the counter and I walked out and then the two cashiers were yelling that I took too many condiments and they were not free. Sorry I assumed pepper flakes and parmesan cheese would be included in a pizza. On top of that she rang up the wrong pizza so we were over charged by that AND an extra $4 for "all the sauces" I took. The store was very clean and the lady in the kitchen was wonderful. The front two were horrendous.

DO NOT order delivery!!! Or expect it to be at least 45 minutes beyond the "expected" delivery time. Not impressed...
