They don't like to fill prescriptions NOR do they like to fill online orders. They will often cancel your items as they don't like to honor the deals that you discover through their own app.

This place actually sucks and if i could give 0 zero stars I would. Do not send your prescriptions here as you simply will not receive them.

Very friendly/personable staff. When in need of medication for my son, the Pharmacist Timothy, made sure instead of easily sending me away to a different location, he made it work to refill my medications, so for that we are grateful!

Great company and location to work at and it's also where I do a lot of shopping now.

I have had a number of prescriptions that seem to take forever to get filled. Like a week or more. One was a rescue medication for seizures so I had to get it filled at another site. Then I had an Rx i was told was ready but when I arrived, they needed more time. Ok- maybe I got there faster than they expected. I was willing to give them chance after chance but today was the last straw. My husband works from home so he asked me to pick up his prescription when he got notification on Monday that it was ready. I had a hectic work week and was never able to get over there to pick it up until today, three days later. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes (one car ahead of me). When I finally got up there, I was told they were still working on one of his meds. I told her that couldn't be right, it was just ONE prescription and we had been told it was ready three days before. She looked through the computer and then once again advised me it wasn't ready but could be ready in 45 minutes. I was livid. I wasted my lunch break on their incompetence. My guess is that their system is sending out generic ready apps and they just wait for people to show up. I get that everyone is short handed right now, but this is just poor service, bordering on absolute disregard and laziness. Changing up my pharmacy for sure.

I've absolutely had it with this location! Waited in line for 15 minutes to be assisted by a cashier that had so much gum in her mouth I could not understand a word she said. She also used my son's "express pay" (his credit card on file) to pay for my medication without my asking her to do so. Why is his card attached to my account? This place has gone down hill since Kevin left. I am NEVER returning to this location.

The lady at checkout was super rude, grey short hair. Diapers didn’t ring up on sale, I had to go to my app and add the coupon. So I did, still didn’t work. So she then tells me I have to pay without the coupon. Little does she know I spent the last of my money on the diapers. She couldn’t have just gave the $3 off or call for a manager? Nope, so I cried as paid with the last of my money. I didn’t tell her that but SERIOUSLY YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH!! Don’t work customer service if you cannot provide so. This was today.

Very poor service in the pharmacy. The pharmacy technician entered the incorrect insurance numbers and claimed for days that I “have no coverage”. A representative of the insurance company and I called the pharmacy together and noted that the numbers that the tech entered were incorrect. It took days and me reaching out myself to my insurance company to resolve this data entry issue cause by this Walgreens.

If I could give it a zero I would. Several problems. Once I was given someone else's medication, which was a CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Then I received a call that my prescriptions were ready for pick up, drove all the way there and they were closed in the middle of the day... When they finally opened again I stood in line for 30 minutes only to be told they couldn't find my meds. The list goes on. Completely unreliable and incompetent. There's a difference between being short staffed and just being poorly managed.

I find it interesting that I stop in to Walgreens when the app says I have a medication ready that has taken a week. As I'm standing in line today two people turned around as they were still working on something that they had been told was ready. The Walgreens employee stated our stuff doesn't work very well. I got to the desk, and I was told mine wasn't ready. I was told another hour. I came home and called Pill Pack who I have started using for most everything I have. They said they would request the transfer right away. I called the store and said the transfer was coming soon. The pharmacist said Well be close in 9 minutes so it may be tomorrow. What is amazing is Walgreens is closed now on the weekends, so everything gets pushed to the weekdays. Two comments if you own Walgreens stock get rid of it as they are losing a lot of business now. Second if you need something regular do mail order the store can't keep up with the basic load of a small town like Sartell.

signed up on website for flu shotstood in line 30 minutes to be told my appt. was not in the computer! And the tech was coughing constantly, no mask and did not use hand sanitizer between customers that went before me. " No you cannot get one if you don't have an appointment." Do you think I would stand in line for 30 minutes if I didn't make an appt? Manager said, nothing I can do. This makes 3 foul ups by Walgreens since September. I am done at Walgreens, get your act together!

9:00-6:00 mon-Fri are not feasible open hours…. Especially if they call you saying your prescription is ready and then when you go in late to work to pick up your medicine it’s actually not ready….

This Walgreens used to be fantastic. I'd get my prescriptions there, photos, and shop. Now, the pharmacy drive through is only open for covid appointments. Very inconvenient when you have kids in the car. Then on top of that, the pharmacy closes at 6pm Monday-Friday. How do they expect the full time working person to pick up prescriptions?? I left there last night so upset, I went to coborns Pharmacy (who is open until 9pm). They got my business. They were extremely helpful and they will continue to get my business going forward. Goodbye Walgreens!

Thank you for all your help this evening with the Monticello location not knowing how to find my information and properly billing insurance. You guys have always been so good to me. Anyone getting into the pharmacy tech position should absolutely consider your store. Such a world of difference between your employees and others

This Walgreens used to be great. Friendly staff and prompt. Now the pharmacy is only open during hours when one is working it seems and staff in the store is not friendly. Pharmacy staff has a few that are worth while but overall time to change pharmacies.
