Staff are kind, knowledgeable, and have good customer service.This doesn't pertain to this location, but the USPS company in general. Not sure why when changing an address online it costs money, though coming into office is free. Seems like more work for staff to enter in the info from the hand written card, than it would be with typed up information..

Place is a joke. Want me to pay them because they keep trying to deliver my daughters packages to the wrong address. Hire some people who can read names maybe. These people literally admitted to my face it was a post office mistake and still wanted to charge me to pick up the package due to "policy".

Just horrible is all I can say. How can youess up so bad? Not getting mail, wrong mail, not even the same street number yet it's on our box. Waiting days to receive something that says out for delivery. Pathetic!

I love the convenience of the Sartell post office. I can get in and out quickly, even close to closing time. Staff has always answered my questions frankly. The building and parking can get a bit crowded.

I have had it with Sartell post office. I constantly get mail that isnt even close to my address. I get forwarded mail with hand written notes saying not correct address or not resident. Have had final Bill's not delivered for utilities or cell phones and have had to pay late charges. Do your self a favor and get a P.O box in St Cloud as mail seems to work correctly there!

Service is always spectacular. The building layout is horrible! Go to another post office if you have a baby along. I almost got ran over while walking back to the parking lot, while pushing a stroller! There is no handicapped button to operate the already narrow door (and obviously this must be very limiting for people with more than a stroller)
