Dustin at Granite City Storage was very helpful getting me set up with a unit and all the codes. The location was perfect as we bought a house about 2 miles away from the storage facility.

NO SECURITY! ONLY 1 CAMERA AT THE GATE! MY STORAGE UNIT GOT BROKEN INTO TWICE NOW! I'm not the only unit that got broken into either. I told the owner and he said he was sorry that had happened. Would not recommend. Too many people are breaking in storage units nowadays. You would think that they'd update their security, but they won't.

Over all nice place and nice person to work with. Plan out you unit whe you get one I didn't think about snow and things melting and one one of my units froze shut and when everything melted it did fill with some water. The owner did bring up putting things on palets not directly on the floor so it'd not like he didn't tell us about the possibility of that happening
