Our business uses storage from them from time to time. The storage facilities are well maintained and have locked gates with an entry code. We’re always happy to rent storage from them. ?

This is a great place is clean easily to access but the only I didn't give it 5 stats is there were 2 times I didn't get my invoice right away these times they were late ( I paid 2 months at a time) and was 2 days late from time of invoice. They charged me a $40.00 late fee so if you do rent mark it on your calendar when and how much you paid.

All of their facilities are amazing. So clean, well taken care of. Very prompt in responses. The office personnel ladies are very professional, fun, and polite. They keep up with plowing, hand shoveling the unit doors. Maintenance is exceptional.

This is a great place to store your things. The prices are reasonable, and I feel like my things are safe here. The grounds are always clean and well cared for. In the winter the snow removal is excellent. The snow in front of my locker is always shoveled. If you pay for the entire year, they give you a free months rent.

So far JK has been awesome to work with. I had make a mistake on billing initially and they were able to solve it right away and were super helpful. The storage facility is pretty clean and haven’t had issues at all with the locks. Seems secure as well, it’s not gated but very well lit. I’d highly recommend them!

I had a different place for storage and moved to JK and very pleased with the unit and facility. I was at their main Sartell building. What was really nice is in the winter when it snowed and they cleaned, later they came around and hand shoveled out the snow in front of the doors. Not sure if they do it for all of their units.I would rent again if needed.

JK Self storage is one of the best around ,I have had no issues with them since I moved in,They give prompt responses to miss calls ,am happy to be one of their tenants,I do not have any complaints,I make my payment on time .
