These guys are great. They provide a service to our business and do pickup and delivery service for our employees personal vehicles. They are always responsive and provide an honest assessment of what "really" needs to be done now.
I have used Granit City for years!

Called Granite City with an AC concern. They were able to get me in same day to take a look. Everyone who I talked to on the phone and assisted me at the front desk were friendly and helpful in explaining things to me. The day of my fixes I was kept in the loop on things so I appreciated that. I will be returning to Granite City for all my future car needs.

Was just a simple oil change, but was I pleasantly surprised when they sent me an actual picture of my cabin filter instead of just the usual "trust me it needs replacement". Already knew it needed replacement, but forgot about it. Still it's a nice touch to help keep the customer in the loop. Also didn't push the recomended services, and instead just gave me a print-out of the recomended services with actual price estimates.
As I waited in the lobby (it is quite small) couldn't help but overhear the interactions with the other customers and the employees were quite nice and patient with everyone.
Will be comming back again to see how well they do with other services in the future.
