“Overall I was really satisfied with the job they did on my vehicle. The only improvement I would suggest is better timing but I wasn't upset spending the day waiting for my vehicle as I had nothing better to do. Their friendly service was excellent and very professional. I enjoyed having my service rep follow up with me from time to time on the progress of my vehicle.”

“Devin worked tirelessly to figure out how to remove my GMC Terrain keys that were stuck in my grandson’s Terrain ignition. The whole issue looked pretty dismal until Devin started using his awesome computer skills and excellent problem solving skills to get the key out. He truly saved the day. I was already thinking that I’d have to go to the local GMC dealership to get this problem resolved. Fortunately for me, Devin took care of our dilemma and and charged a nominal amount for his expert services. “First time buying a part online from Pam’s, overall an excellent experience. The part was as described, arrived quickly and was well packaged. Everyone I interacted with at Pam’s was prompt and professional.
Initially, there was a very minor mistake with my order but they remedied it quickly. They first sent me an off the shelf part that was lower mileage but a slightly different part from the one I purchased and needed. Once I pointed this out, they sent a return a label and had the correct part pulled and on its way shortly after receiving my return. The two parts are almost identical so I completely understood why they sent the already pulled part. The difference is not easily distinguished unless you’ve really seen the two side by side.
How they handled the situation speaks volumes to me. I will definitely be ordering parts from Pam’s again! Great prices and excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“This place is a blessing. If you're passing through, and you just broke down. You want to tow your vechile here. I broke down Thursday night, and on a Friday they got me fixed up. Even after running into issues in the middle of the day. Bethany went completely out of her way to make sure I had the parts to fix my truck. I still don't know how she pulled that off on a friday afternoon. Mechanics were professional and did really good work.
I travel for a living, and only have a chance to be home for a few days, before I have to head back out. They made sure I didn't have to let my daughter down again. I can't thank them enough for that.”

“Have just moved back into the area and O'Reilly's is in the neighborhood. Man ... am I glad they are. Needed a brake light for my Jeep Liberty. It was in stock and Teri has me out the door in minutes !!!However, when I got home and went to do the replacement of the bulb ... It turned out that the light's module was toast.Went back in and Teri and Gabe once again found the part and I was out the door once again.I decided to replace the module and light bulb right there in the parking lot. It's typically a 10-15 minute repair.However, it didn't work as I had hoped. Good thing I never left the parking lot. Teri asked Mike for assistance and Mike discovered that the connection was a bit covered over by the module burning far to hot.Mike ... pull's out his knife, clears out the burnt plastic and out the door I went and 10 minutes later I'm driving home !What a "Top Shelf" customer service group you have at this O'Reilly's ... There are name's not mentioned here, but there's absolutely only great customer serviceThey will truly be my go to for all auto parts needed.”

I've Included just to give you an idea of what they look like. The one pictured was a Bank two Sensor 2, essentially the one after the catalytic converter. Hence the grommet that goes through the wall into the footwell.”

“Had trouble with my remote start and I called them and said to bring it in and they would take a look at it. -10 degrees outside the guy went out there and checked it out.
