About 2 weeks ago I got my car diagnosed and was given a price of $680.00 for repairs. This is a fair price. However I wasn't able to afford it at the time. 2 weeks later I was able to find assistance to help with my repairs and they required from the shop a W-9 and an estimate for my car repairs. On 7/29 I called asking for the information so I can send it over, and they said they will call me back. They did not. On 7/30 I went up there to ask for the documentation and gave them my information to email me the documents. I called back the same day around 12PM and I was told "it will get sent over shortly." I never received the documents.
I understand how busy car repair shops can get. However, it shouldn't be this much of a hassle to get the documents sent over. I had to call around to other shops that will help me and I had to schedule out for next week because they were busy. I now have to plan around this because Xpert auto did not follow through on what they were supposed to do. I have a funeral next Friday to attend and didn't want to leave my car at a shop while out of town. I guess I have no choice now.

I contacted this place 7/24 at 9:16 am to make an appointment for a diagnosis. The man was beyond rude. Maybe they “only fix vehicles” but quality customer service is also important. I’d rather drive 40 minutes out of the way than to give money to this place.

I'm sorry I ever went here for AC blower motor repair in 2022. Guess what? After 2 times of duplicating the same job after mistakes were made, the 2nd new blower only worked on high speed (Resistor issue) But they CHARGED me for a 2nd resistor, but when I drove off the lot, it only worked on highest speed again. Same blower needed for winter heat too. Annoying to have on full blast, but too much throwing good money after bad. I tried calling many times, it just rang & rang. Must of blocked my number. Btw, if u keep detailed records in your computer, my car details should match my name, correct? Just answering your response of not knowing the car.
I decided not to go back for a 3rd time, at least I had AC for awhile.
However, in May 2024, after a rainstorm, I turned the vent on for some outside fresh air & low & behold, blower motor dead again. I wrote a 2 page letter the very 1st visit informing them of the rainwater leaking past the windshield cowl, a well documented fact for that car model year & they said of course, we'll seal that up real tight. They didn't & charged me for a resistor that did NOT get installed! So here I go again. Summer & no AC again.I have the receipts I can post here if u try to pull the stunt of "we don't show your name in our system" Pretty sure every 1 star review u answer that way. As u never read my note, to look up that car model year on internet, I clearly researched the issue upon 1st arrival in your shop. Blower motors last 10 to 15 yrs. Obviously, if this is 3rd time in 3 yrs, something is wrong.The rainwater submerging the motor causes this & was in my note. Unless that was addressed, the motors will continue to short out. U seemed a nice man, Kane. Kind & helpful, I liked u. Not directed at u personally, I assumed u read my note, but u didn't. So my time, your time, $$ wasted. But if u keep detailed records as u say, u def know about the car. Your right. I rarely write reviews. But 3x times, same problem. Best car I've owned for 8 yrs. Except for this prob. I'll take the review down in a few weeks, just wanted u to know the truth & my frustration. I will find someone to do the job right this time. Peace....

I had my wheel bearings and brakes replaced. The price was very reasonable and the parts all seemed to be at cost.

They fixed my van power steering and told me that it has one year warranty. It started the same issue that they fixed for. I called one time they put me on hold for 5-10 minutes. I Called again and they asked for the information when and what fixed there and told they will call me when find the information cause they don’t save it more than 6 months on computer. It has been 4 months, they will call me back.I paid $750 more than what the other mechanic charge for power steering.I was told that they don’t keep the repair records on computer, so how you will find my repair on your system now.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Kain is an honest guy. Been working with him for years on previous cars, and he has always been great. Only reason I stopped going there was because I thought they closed. But when I found the new location, I did not hesitate to come back. Great, honest service.
