The experience started out pretty bad. The first guy I talked couldn’t answer my questions and didn’t care. Then I talked to the manager, John. It was like night and day. He solved my issue and ended up saving us some money. Ended up leaving very happy. Which was surprising given Xfinity’s reputation.

This store could be a vending machine instead. 7 people “working”. Person that I worked with had me do their job on the xfinity app. Even their internet service in store is poor. Can’t wait for USIWireless to cross the river and have a better option. 2 stars because atleast the store was clean.

I came to the store with a broken phone and Jesse attended to me right away! He helped me find a new phone and took sum unnecessary fees from my account. Rhonda was also attending with her seniority and experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you guys for being awesome!
