I stopped in yesterday to withdraw money from the ATM. Drive up was easy & no wait time. The ATM was advanced technology and so easy to use! I even got to choose the denomination of my cash back. I’ve wanted to open an account at a credit union, and I found the best one!

Used their ATM, it gave me a bunch of 5s and denominations I did not want. Teller refused to change my bills, however.

Wings has been a great place for my account and credit card needs! They aren’t prefect, but no bank/CU is. I’ve referred both my sister and my parents to Wings!

I was skeptical when I signed up that something would come up that required me to go into a branch to resolve. I was a remote customer and only used this account briefly while based in Denver. When base changed, I went back to my home bank. However- on two occasions I encountered problems and on both occasions, they kept their word to me and resolved the issue remotely, over the phone. I would have kept the account open and used it more if there had been a way to make emergency payments via debit card from a different bank, and have them post on the same business day instead of via online transfer process or photo uploads that can take several days. I sincerely appreciated that they obviously intended to honor their commitment to service, and they were patient and kind with a difficult situation.

I tried to deposit checks into my Highgrove account (under my dependent daughters category in my account today10/12/23 ) by a man calling himself Juan. I am able to digitally transfer $ from my account into my daughters but this teller stated that I could not deposit money into her category within my account. It took about 4 times of discussing this before he would actually put the deposit into the account. He was rude and made sounds and references to "Lady, I am trying to do my job" as he was being obstructive. Does Wings not allow deposits into a person's account? I had my Id and Wings card out for him the entire time he was denying that transaction (He stated that he would need to go ask someone if I could deposit $ into my account). I stated that this transaction has happened easily and without difficulty on many occasions previously with tellers. His response was, "I have to go by the notes in your account" which makes no sense as I have a high credit rating, no problems and again, have done this previously. I would like a response from Wings about whether this is something that Wings denies, as I am sure other customers want to know if you have "unusual rules". This Juan's demeanor, tone, and words were authoritative with "I am right" attitude. Wings sanctions a simple transaction as being up to the teller to determine as opposed to standard professional banking interactions? Why bank someplace where tellers are so difficult, easily rude to customers and make up their own rules based on their lack of competence?

Was just denied a business account at another credit union because apparently there was a "charge off" from Wings for $10.13 or some such nonsense. I don't recall any attempts to rectify that with me from Wings but they were more than happy to screw me over despite no attempts by them to make me aware of an issue with an old, unused account. Major, major inconvenience for me over ten bucks that I wasn't even aware of. Unbelievable.

I deposited a large corporate check in account on Friday and was told that the funds would be available in two business days. Wings then applied a management initiated hold on the large check and did not communicate via phone, text or any other means about doing so. We are lucky to have a small town bank in Shell Lake who would never do such a thing. This is inappropriate customer service and needs to be addressed.

3 years the automated service was perfectly fine and relatively easy to manage. Now out of nowhere if you try to make a payment any way that's not a transfer from another wings account, you are forced to wait on hold for 45 minutes?! Also they don't let you sign up on the app so I'm forced to waste an hour of my life on hold every time I make a payment or go to a branch across the cities. Can't wait to pay my loan off and never give them another penny

Worst place to work with car loan. Don't know how to do their jobs. They don't take payments like they should and make you go into default with your car loan and threaten repo because they claim they can. When it's their fault for not listening and taking the payment like they should. You give them the card or bank account to withdraw the money to make payments and they don't do it, they have you call them and put you on hold for 30 mins, or they don't answer and play phone tag with you. Sounds sketchy to me.

Absolutely the worst phone service! I shouldn’t have to be on hold for 30 min. Plus, to rectify a check order that wings screwed up. This isn’t the same credit Union I joined 46 years ago.

I’ve been banking with wings for many years and always received top notch service. I recently moved to the area and started going into the west 7th location. All of the tellers I’ve interacted with are friendly, competent, and thoughtful. Hailey especially went above and beyond to help me with a lost debit card, and difficult check situation today. She explained the problem clearly and helped me resolve it within just a few minutes. 10/10 customer service
