This neighborhood pharmacy is the Best. They have been so helpful to us and service is always excellent. Walgreens was a nightmare for so long and CVS too. West Seventh Pharmacy was/is a find!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They prioritize profits over providing care and medication to their clients. I tried to fill a prescription that is back ordered everywhere, that this pharmacy had in stock, had to call my own insurance to get this specific name brand authorization, and tried to fill it at this pharmacy. They said they would not fill my script, that is approved by insurance, as it would cost them $50 in loss of profit to fill my script. This is unethical and I will be reporting them to the BBB. Buyer beware - do not use this pharmacy.

Rudest people on the entire planet. I cringe having to call here, I have never ever talked to such rude people. Totally unhelpful, always treat me like I’m a complete nuisance, when I’m spending money there. Who owns this place? Why are you letting this continue. I implore the owner (unless the rude ones are the owner) to call and act as though you are a customer and see how you are treated. It’s bad. Definitely losing my business and my local family’s.

Jeff, the pharmacies is a whole creep. Someone needs to really check his temperature because he is speaking to customers in the worst way. He has poor customer service skills and this needs to be changed. Whoever is the owner of this company need to know He will definitely make you lose money Get rid of jeff

I love having a local pharmacy within walking distance. Also this place reminds me of the 90s, so that's cool too.

Nice neighborhood pharmacy. I am in and out in under 10 min. Friendly staff. Fast and Accurate with my prescriptions.

The pharmacist is hands down the RUDEST person I have EVER encountered. I WAS a brand new customer, hoping to switch from a chain drug store. There was little to no communication about a prescription I had refilled and at one point while I was asking very politely a question about how to get it filled again he literally said to me “I am hanging up on this conversation“ even though I was there in person. Then he told me to take a seat and be quiet until he could figure it out. I am 53 years old. And let me tell you no one speaks to me like that especially someone whose business I am trying to support. Be warned. This guy is awful and verbally abusive. No wonder the store is almost completely empty and there are very few customers. DO NOT GO HERE.

Tried to support a local business only to find…they don’t seem to appreciate new business. From the moment I called to transfer my prescriptions they acted like it was an inconvenience for them. They let me know the day before picking up 2 prescriptions that I could only get one of them because I didn’t have refills on the other, even though I had called a month ahead of time to start this process. Had a total of 4 interactions with pharmacists (3 over the phone and 1 in-person)- all rude. The storefront is sad.

I just yesterday started using this pharmacy, having switched from a chain. There was a mix-up with one of my prescriptions, which was the clinics fault in calling in the order to the new pharmacy. Both the lady at the counter and the pharmacist were kind and helpful. He looked up the missing med and was able to explain where the error occurred and what I’d need to do to resolve it.I already couldn’t be more pleased with the switch to this pharmacy—outstanding customer service.

I have been going to this pharmacy now for almost 7 years and it’s one of the last local pharmacy shops in town. The owners are great people and treat you like family. Highly recommend!

I never, ever write reviews about places; in fact, this is the first time I have ever written one. But I feel strongly about what I am going to write. I went to this pharmacy for about three months simply because it was the closest pharmacy to my house. I tolerated the issues I had with them for a while, but eventually my patience broke. The pharmacist, Jeff, is easily in of the top five most rude people I have ever encountered. His attitude makes it seem like me getting prescriptions filled at his pharmacy is a hassle for him. On top of that, whenever I ask a question about a medication (I don't have a pharmacy degree like him, obviously), he makes me feel incredibly stupid for not knowing the answer to the question I asked. The day I stopped going there, I went in to get a refill that they said was ready when I called. Whenever I got to the counter, they told me that the doctor needed to verify that I could receive it. I was in the process of asking whether I needed to call my doctor or if he did, and he cut me off and said (in a very irritated and stuck-up tone of voice), "Obviously I'M not going to call 'YOUR doctor for you," and turned his back on me. There were so many other ways he could have said in that situation, but that is how he chose to handle my question. Long story short, if you are looking for a pharmacy and considering this one, I wouldn't recommend going there unless you like being blatantly disrespected every time you go get your medications.

We are so grateful to still have a small town feel pharmacy in our neighborhood. More than happy to switch from a big box. Went in today and the pharmacist took much time with me going over all of our prescriptions one by one.

Stopped here to pick up prescriptions for someone else. It is a very old very cute and very local pharmacy. I did not think that even existed anymore.

I asked them to start filling my prescriptions. They did, called and stated they were ready for pickup. He has an unhappy countenance. While ringing me out he stated twice that one of my prescriptions was costing THEM "7 or 8$ more than insurance paid". He just stared at me until I offered him 5$ more. Duh on my part. Then he told me to fill that medication elsewhere. The KNEW it cost them before they even called to have me pick up! Ridiculous. Lost my business the second I walked out the door. Place is miserable, old, barely anything on shelves. As he told me...go elsewhere or pay the price!
