Don't bother coming here if you need anything done by a banker. They are literally so slow at their jobs that they can't open an account within 30 minutes. They have one job to do and they're failing.

I'd like to know where this National coin shortage is, because over the last two and a half months I've had to withdraw cash and get rolls of quarters from at least four other bank branches, and it has been no problem at all. Apparently loyal customers don't rate well with Wells Fargo. Most likely you could care less about customers that have to do their laundry in their apartment buildings. Why am I still banking with you? And according to the federal Reserve, there is no coin shortage.

Pretending I’m working here: when I’m smile, I would smile to everyone of my customers. If I shake hands or hug, I would hug EVERYONE of my customers. And if I’m so friendly, I would be so friendly to EVERYONE OF MY CUSTOMERS. Oh, if I’m a banker and I have to call the customer service for a customer, then I will tell that customer exactly what I was told on the phone by customer service agent. Hope everyone who reading this know what I’m saying.

Tried to stop and deposit a check at 3:30pm and the bank was closed. No sign of anyone and lights were off, even though their door says they are open until 5 and gmaps said 4.

Please re open the branch on ford parkway because the other nearby branches are overloaded with customers and there is an unbelievably long wait, especially the one on Grand ave where there are often three lanes of cars feeding the drive through with six or more cars in each lane - often extending onto grand avenue. The wait to get into that lobby is also outrageous. The ford parkway branch has been "temporarily" closed almost three months now. Why can't it open like all of the others stores in town?

Worst banking experience of my life, these people do not listen. I went in to solve a problem caused by the Wells Fargo online banking system, the problem took 45 minutes to solve because the lady helping me and her manager would not listen to what I was saying. once the problem was solved they basically recanted everything I had already said to them and told me it was fixed. Why was depositing money in my account I could clearly hear them snickering about the terrible experience from the back. What awful AWFUL management

Have been waiting here for awhile, watching the manager pretend to work and walk around the office while texting on her phone. We thought we were finally going to get some help and the manager went to sit down with another banker and pretend to help that person while staring at the cpu screen and glancing over at us while we were waiting. We were trying to do a stop on a money order and they required us to come into the branch. I think the manager recognized us from the conversation we had on the phone about the money order and it seemed to be purposefully taking her time pretending to be busy helping one of the other bankers so she wouldn't have to help us and run out the clock. Unprofessional and super long wait time because we weren't happy with a policy where we had already identified ourselves via Ssn, date of birth and account number etc. We had called and were told the money order hadn't been cashed yet and to go to the branch to get a stop order on it. When we got to the bank and finally we're seen were told the opposite that it went through on July 6th. Waited that long for no reason.
