Shopped online but chatted with an online saleperson before making the actual purchase. Communication was great, both before the purchase and after. Delivery went smoothly, too. It was a pretty awesome experience all around!

Bought a washer and dryer through WS. The process was very pleasant and all the way from the store to delivery to a technical issue they were extremely easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Well worth stopping in to get questions answered and needs understood. Ordered online after talking with personnel and had it delivered. Delivery was on time, great communication, and very helpful and friendly team. Loved the entire experience and will always come back for future needs.

Levi was amazing - the most knowledgeable, helpful, capable service person that I've ever experienced in my 73 years! He was very professional and cordial. He explained things VERY well and offered tips for using our washing machine based on his experience in the industry.Ask for Levi when needing repairs - you'll have a wonderful experience!

Another excellent experience with appliance delivery from Warners’ Stellian. This time we had a very tight fit down basement stairs, but trusted they were the ones who could make it happen. Our new washer/dryer tower looks (and works) great and the delivery team was so nice.

I needed a new dryer and ordered one online through Warners' Stellian. Mary Ann contacted me and helped complete my order.The delivery guys were great! They got here when they said they would, took out my old dryer, and brought in and hooked up the new one. They were kind, professional, got the work done quickly, and cleaned up nicely.I will definitely be going back for other appliances in the future.

I have used Warner's Stellian multiple times for the purchase of household appliances and have never been disappointed. From the sales associates to delivery and installation, service is impeccable! I once did had a problem with an installation and they were nothing but helpful and accommodating in getting the issue resolved for me.Would highly recommend.

I have purchased multiple appliances from Warners’ Stellian and I have always been treated respectfully and had a productive and easy experience. The staff at all levels are professional and customer service focused. I do not even bother doing much price comparing because I know the full shopping experience will add great value and save me time.

Informative and friendly staff with a variety of appliances! The only reason we did not give 5 stars is because our delivery was pushed back due to their vendor "losing track of the shipment" so we were hoping they would reduce or refund the delivery and setup fee seeing as we went an extra week without a working oven. When we finally did get our oven, it needed to be repaired within 2 week because of a buzzing sound in the display panel. Overall, not a terrible experience and Werner'w Stellian staff did a good job of communicating with us throughout the obstacles we experienced.

It was an easy online process with a follow-up by one of the sales associates. That was very helpful, even asking about the opening swing of the door, I had totally forgot about that.The delivery team did an awesome job, truly professional.

I had two wall unit air conditioners replaced. The whole experience from sales teams recommendations based on size of my apt to the actual install was great.Scheduling: They were able to get me in at the next available time which was only a week away which seemed very reasonable to me.(I mean I waited till the hottest week on earth to schedule so, duh)Online invoicing was easy and straightforward.Delivery itself Automated confirmations gave a day a head reminder, and a 4 hr delivery window. Delivery team day of gave a 30 minute heads up call. They were prompt, professional and in and out in no time. They made sure each unit was powered on before they left and took all packaging material with them.

Overall experience was fine. Technician was great and fixed what was needed very quickly. The only issue I ran into was communication from the store. I had to follow up on several occasions to see if the parts were in after being told each time it would only be a couple days. It took almost 2 months for the parts to come in and have this taken care of.

Since we were replacing a gas stove we wanted a company we felt we could trust with the install. Communication was great, delivery was on time and install was quick and professional. Very happy with our experience, it was the right company for the job.

When it comes to providing support for broken appliances, I've never had such bad customer service. Our fridge is only 2 years old and the catch bar that slides in to hold it closed broke along with the ice maker. These were the 3rd and 4th issues we have had with our Beko fridge in 2 years. It took 3 months for Warner to get ahold of the part to fix it then when they came to repair the issues they never confirmed that the ice maker was actually fixed, so they left with it still broken. Instead of apologizing and offering to come back out to fix it, they've completely ignored our repeated attempts to contact them over the last few weeks. If you expect your appliances to work, or to receive any kind of support when they break, I recommend looking elsewhere. I am severely disappointed in their customer service and in the appliances that we were sold, all of which have had numerous issues.
