I just purchased a washer and dryer set from Warner's. They needed to come back because the hoses were too short to reach my utility sink. When the second installers came out, they informed me the previous installers "were bad" but didn't specify & due to a language barrier, I didn't press the issue. I did note the previous installers left without balancing the washer. The second installers hooked up the water lines wrong. When I went to do laundry,only hot water came out. As it was Sunday, I googled the issue and fixed it myself.
My previous experience with Warner's involved the delivery people using the wrong fitting on the gas dryer causing a huge leak. Xcel Energy fixed that one.
A third note, my parents bought their appliances from Warner's but were told by their builder not to let them install any of the equipment.
I guess I know why.
When I pay for installation, I expect it to be done correctly. I shouldnt have to double check their work and fix issues myself.

Delivery guys, Mar'rion and Jose were excellent! Very professional, easy to talk to, and very attentive to our needs. When there was a labeling mistake, they fixed it quickly. Felt at ease with them handling our delivery and installation!

Had to pee really bad. They didn't allow me to use the restroom. I get it, but kind of a turn off if I plan to do business with them in the future
