Very suspicious, the person who answers doesn't say, "Thanks for calling Waltz" the just ask all your personal information including Driver's License, Payment, Etc. Had the truck not actually shown up (2 1/2hrs later) I was sure I was scammed. The truck driver gave me his personal card. I'll be calling him instead next time.

tried to use. real sketchy. promised a 30-60 minute show up time. payed over phone. asked for my driver's license (sketchy, why do they that?). payment is pending in my account. it is now nearly 4 hours later and no truck yet. and I have been on hold for most of it. I have to cancel the tow and now they say they are going to keep 50 - 100% of the payment as a cancelation fee. hold.hold. hold . i am now told that I am paying $99 for them not to do the job they promised. yup, real sketchy.
