Spent about 40 minutes waiting in sporting goods without a single person to help. Asked auto at one point for someone to say they will be back and never return.Absolutely awful customer service.

It seems silly to review a big box retailer, but honestly, this is the WORST walmart I've been to next to the now-demolished Midway location. No one knows what the hell they are doing - how do you staff a customer service counter with someone who can't perform a return or exchange? On top of that, no one moves above the speed of a snail. A good way to alarm your customers is to also have an Active Shooter Kit out in the open on the back customer service counter. No thanks. I'll spend the extra to avoid this ridiculousness.

The pharmacy has idi*ts as well. I had my prescription transferred there because it's closer to my route home. They are so d*mb they told me you can't use a coupon with insurance. My Dr had to send my prescription to my normal Sam's club pharmacy where they know how to use a manufacturer's coupon. The employees though out the whole store are incompetent. The ones at the return desk can be helpful, but that's it. But you can't return something by looking up the receipt if you already did that way. That's the stores fault though of course.

I avoid this Walmart. I can't find anyone to unlock the case. When I do find someone I ask if they have a key. They say no and keep walking. They don't even offer to call someone with a key. The employee are rude at this location.

Only came here out of desperation. Noticed when I got in the car that they overcharged me for several items. Took em back to Customer Service with a picture of the advertised price & was told "That's weird that it says that because that's not the price. Some customer must've wrote that". It's a Conspiracy! My bad for thinking something was being sold at the advertised price Returned everything, F*** Walmart.

West Saint Paul Walmart has to be one of thee worst! The money center is CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT. 8am 10am 9am....maybe not at all today. According to the associate "The person who is trained to do it doesn't come in until 10am". Walmart isn't smart enough to cross train apparently. The door greeter is wearing a mask....so she can covertly ???? talk on her phone and ignore customers while telling them to wait a minute. Seems as though she could be trained and put in The Money Center. Right now they're paying her to talk on the phone.**IGH IS CONSISTENTLY OPEN AT 8AM.**WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WSP WALMART...WHY CANT YOU GET IT TOGETHER EVEN A LITTLE BIT?

This is THE most nastiest Walmart in the twin cities. Produce smashed all over the floor. Nothing is organized. Floors are dirty. Their associates are rude as hell. Almost every single one of them has a terrible attitude. No respect for anyone, but themselves. And good luck trying to get one to open a locked cabinet. I waited 30 min one time. I suggest going the extra miles to a different Walmart or even target down the road.

Worst of the worst! Waited for 25 minutes for a damn manager to come open up the locked cabinet for me so I can purchase some items. No one! Spoke with so many workers for help, still no one! Asked for help 3 times, finally made the pharmacy page someone, still no one. Workers were seen just talking and standing around, laziest of all. If I can review "0" that's what they deserve.

Overall a decent store, just wanting to warn people to look before just grabbing and eating it. Somethings we like to get are never in stock, like tortilla chips and Doritos.

this store is horrible for anything that you need or to have done the service department especially never enough people to staff the departments only have part time staff. I would leave a negative number if i could.

The store is ok, but if you need something in automotive, be aware while there at least 5 people "working" in the area, but they only have one person to change your oil, battery or tire. Maybe less counter help and more technicians?

Okay honestly I have to know if Corporate looks at these reviews or our issues or what. I am appalled. There are some cheap things you need and walmart is good for it sometimes and im grateful for that but with covid far from gone why did i go in the other day and see at least 5 people and their kids with zero mask whatsoever even though it clearly states it on the door. There are employees near the door but is no one enforcing this? Is this just the wild west of viruses? Still see employees with their masks below their chins and noses with abandon. I have to know how this place is possibly operational. The shelves are still stocked, the masses are still there, and the place is still open so there has to be SOME kind of management. What the f*** is happening here?

Why so much bad reviews? I agree w the last 5 star review. I'd like to add that I have met multiple Employees that were super knowledgeable (hardware) and super helpful (furniture). The arts and crafts section isn't too shabby (office, sewing, painting, beads, sequins, jewelry supplies, glitters...plenty to choose from for adult or child BASIC arts n crafts) either which is why I go there sometimes... you got 3 places in a row if you need arts n crafts (target, hobby lobby and Walmart, how could I complain!?) I've also met a random worker who was married to another Walmart worker, he was super helpful, and excited to be there working w his wife in the same building. How cute. Good vibes. The workers are almost without fail super kind and courteous. It's overcrowded after work hours when everyone is scrambling to get their shopping in. Way better during off peek hours.By the way if the sight of the store gets too... large pallets on the floor all the time, overstock in large bins all over... try the Walmart training location. That one is excellent , it's south of the cities. Can't remember where but one of the employees told me to go there if I wanted a larger art and crafts section.
