Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Incapable of refilling a prescription. I’ve been waiting a week for a refill. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR MEDS REFILLED.

I usually don’t mind if there’s a bit of a wait when I can see a place is understaffed but this place is truly awful. Waited for a solid 10 minutes in the photo department and no one ever came to help me or ask what I needed. Will never send pictures here again.

If you come here while you're sick you'll leave feeling worse. It's pathetically understaffed, usually with a single pharmacist and a line wrapping around the store. It's clear they want to suck every penny out of the sick at the cost of any kind of reasonable service. Don't come here.

Pharmacy does not and will not answer the phone. Been trying to get my medication for over a week without success. Have gone in twice and waited for 30 minutes just to speak to a defeated and rude staff member. Now my dogs medication is also delayed without reason. I know they are overwhelmed but this is crazy. It is a huge disservice to the community to not be able to fill prescriptions. Switching to my hospitals pharmacy. Woof.

Consistently the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Staff are often rude as they seem unhappy to work there. Seem very-short staffed and it shows. Pharmacist tried to tell me we had a $80 copay for a generic medication and was only allowed “8 tablets” for a narcotic after surgery, both of which I knew to be untrue. I had to call my insurance and have them on the line while going through the drive through to finally get the correct amount of pills and copay (less than $5). Their terrible service is not a one-off, it is consistently bad time and again. We finally switched to CVS which is much farther away but worth it.

Jessie(jessy), the blonde middle aged women who was the lead of the night shift, was completely unhelpful and should not be working with customers. Extremely unprofessional and unkind!! From the moment we mentioned a return, she displayed an attitude.
When she scanned the item I purchased earlier that day, it rang up as $25 (I even had the credit card and bank statement to confirm), however, she only gave us store credit for $18.99 and said that there was nothing she could do and only refunded me the amount as if it were a sale item. The item wasn't even marked as being on sale on the store floor. When we asked her to ring up the item again, it showed the correct morning price, but she only refunded us the discounted amount, completely shortchanging us. Her solution was to call the manager in the manger, indicating her inability to handle the situation herself. Why is she in a leadership position if she can't perform her job properly?
On top of that, when I asked for her name, she provided the wrong one and turned her badge around. And complained that her shift ended 10 min ago and just walked away. VERY Lazy and unprofessional. As the nighttime lead, she is ill-suited for such positions due to her lack of common sense.

Refused to let me do a return if the items I purchased wasn’t from their store. Very ghetto Walgreens, the bums dig receipts out of the trash for returns so the manager doesn’t allow it per the sales associate.

Absolutely worst costumer service! Sat on hold for over an hour and a half and NOBODY answered the dang phone! And my prescriptions were not even being filled in a timely manner, so I was forced to call with not a single human to talk to! Absolutely awful! And this is not a single event, this has happened MULTIPLE times!

Went in to grab a prescription for my sick child. I was told at the counter that it wasn't ready and would be in about 20 minutes. I waited and name was called, pharmacy auto called me and the app said prescription was ready. I went up to the consult window because the pharmacy assistant who I originally spoke to did not call me back up when the name was called. The pharmacist said "yes the prescription is ready but you need to sit back down and wait." Wait for what? When your scripts are ready THEY LET YOU KNOW, you jump the line and check out. She told me I needed to wait. The original person I talked to clearly forgot who I was and was just powering through the line. Yes. It's busy. I understand that. Vanessa is great. She was cordial with everyone she spoke to and didn't forget who she spoke to 5 minutes after speaking to them. The other pharmacy assistant, not so much. I had to leave and go back through the drive thru with my screaming sick child. Walgreens pharmacies are grossly understaffed and I've had to turn to this one when my usual one has had staffing inconsistencies and that pharmacy is randomly closed during the middle of the day.

This location was over 24 hours behind on my prescription and all I got from them was "Insurance Issue, No action Needed". I knew there shouldn't be an issue so I tried calling them to correct it (as I figured they ran the wrong insurance). This location would not answer the phone, despite trying to get to Pharmacy, or Store Manager as well. I drove over after work to try and resolve the issue, and I was right that they ran the wrong insurance. I got it corrected but they never even filled it, despite being a day they received the prescription. They told me it would only be 30 minutes, so I went home as I lived close. After two hours I called Walgreens corporate and they told me my best chance at that point was to call another Walgreens and request a Rx transfer. I called another nearby location, and they filled it in just 15 minutes. Horribly organized, and frustrating that the issues with this location could have been resolved by their staff either answering the phone or reaching out to me to resolve the insurance issue.

The pharmacy staff is lazy, incompetent and rude. It's like you have to FAIL an intelligence test to get hired here. Go to ANY other pharmacy!
