The Latina female pharmacist is a B, I called this pharmacy to see if they had a important prescription in stock. This pharmacist assured me that there was only one left in stock. I then asked if she could hold it for me,but before I could finish my sentence She immediately got an attitude, cut me off and lied to me saying “No we can not hold any items for anyone. It’s first come first serve!” After she was done, cutting me off, I proceeded to mentioned to her that I had that prescription filled at another Walgreens and, I just simply wanted it to be transferred over to this Walgreens, so that it could be saved for me. She then back tracked Her original statement and says “Oh yeah, we can hold that item for you.”

This is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been, too. It’s close, which is the only upside. I just waited there for half an hour in the parking lot as instructed only for them to tell me that my prescription wouldn’t be filled for another hour and fifteen minutes. Not the first time this has happened. I ended up leaving both times empty handed because I’m too sick to wait any longer while they take their time and extend pick up times.

This Walgreen has a bad customer service. My doctor sent in prescription on 2/16/24 and I stop by on 2/17/24 to pickup, but they said they still working on. I stop on 2/21/24, but still no ready. My Metolprolol for high blood pressure is gone and I have to go get my sister's Metolprolol to take for my high blood pressure for 3 days. Today is 2/24/2024, but still not ready and they will fill in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I stop by, still not ready. Human life matter so I highly NOT recommend anyone to this Walgreen. I will also report to BBB as well. Where is the store manager? Where is the owner? Why your service is so poor.
Up until today (2/27/2024), I have not recieve my medication from this Walgreen so I decided to transfer to CVS Pharmacy and CVS just gave me my prescription drugs. Thanks

If I could give 0 stars to the pharmacy I would. The system has been down nationwide due to a breach and pharmacies are not able to connect with medical insurance. Ke in the pharmacy was very rude about it and not able to make an accommodation as my son has a medical emergency and needs the medication. Luckily the Woodbury location was understanding and willing to work with me.

I actually have lived down the road from this site and never had a problem... The stage knows me and I know them... A little home training from customers would make it easier.... Thank you

**This location sucks don’t waste your time.**Put in 2 small things of diapers in the morning 10AM for PICK UP came around almost 5PM they didn’t even have order ready customer service about it was unprofessional they didn’t care took their sweet time getting them dropping diapers on floor walking slow not saying a thing. Indian guy at register was slow & rude as well.Not a good location for anything really besides pharmacy.

I don't understand these negative reviews.My son and I frequent this location.The pharmacy workers have always been polite and courteous. The pharmacist on duty has ways been able to answer every question I have had.The workers in other areas of the store are always polite and happy.We love coming here.These negative reviews are bogus.

Waited over 15 minutes at photo center to be helped. When someone who could actually help arrived, she took photos but was unable to use systems to find photos. We then waited a long time again while she sifted through large amounts of photos on SD card to be told she couldn’t help us and to go to Walgreens down the road. The kinder customer service would have been to tell us they could not assist from the start rather than making us wait a half hour to find that out. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Walgreens for photo assistance.

I would NOT recommend Walgreens to anyone. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This has been by far the worst, frustrating, and disappointing experience I’ve ever had. To this day, I am still waiting for THREE of my personal 35mm film cameras to be developed. It has been 6 long months and every single time I call for an update, no one has any answers for me and I am so tired of “waiting for someone to give me a call when they get them.” This situation has gotten way out of hand and it’s leaved me feeling extremely upset.

Pharmacy closes early now due to staffing issues and so it is always backed up. Takes 24+ hrs to get a prescription filled.

Rude pharmacy worker. Acting like a b****.! One worker said 20minutes. I went back in 30 amd said not ready asked how long said a while we go on break in 25 minutes. I asked can you get it done by then. Said probabaly not. So 20minutes went to 2 hours. My wife was in pain
