NEVER more than one person working the pharmacy and NEVER a less than 20 min wait, no matter the time of day. Time to go elsewhere.

Go somewhere else. I’ve been coming here for years, but recently I’ve had horrible service. There’s no follow up or follow through. I came in person to fill out a form to get 2 meds transferred. After 2 weeks it still wasn’t filled. I had to come back in person, cause no one answers the phone. Now, I have to wait another hour. They are understaffed and overworked. Go to a different pharmacy.

Today I was on hold for 20 freaking minutes to talk to somebody in the pharmacy the guy I was talking to in the pharmacy was very rude and not helpful myself and a lot of other people have bad experience at the store on Maryland and prosperity the guy was rude towards me and he hung up on me I guess this is how they treat there customers and they are very rude people they're not helpful and not staffed very well pretty sad

I got an email yesterday to pick up two of my orders from two diff accounts. I didn’t go pick up yet. Today I receive another email to pick up two of my orders and the orders will be on hold only within the next 48 hours.Today I went to pick up my orders which is from two of my different account. The orders wasn’t found in the registers. I been waiting for the problem to solve for 1 hour+ stand up and I am currently pregnant. The cashier said what they can do is to give 10 for both of my Walgreen cash reward accounts. I didn’t give her attitude. She then said I should be appreciate for those $10. That’s was so stupid and mean of the cashier.Their $10 didn’t not worth with my time driving 10 mins there and 10 mins back. It doesn’t worth my time politely wait for 1 hour just to get my orders cancel. She should be appreciate that I wait for hours there. Now I get home, I regret not respond her back during that time.When I come back, yes they did give me $10 in one of my Walgreen cash reward, but my other account doesn’t receive another $10.I decided to buy these items to used my reward that I had and I also have the coupon to get 5 reward back if I spent $1+. The coupon was expire yesterday so I just used it and now I cannot use that coupon.If the store did mistake, they should apologize instead of telling customers to be appreciated for the reward they give to their customers. Especially their worker shouldn’t give attitude to the customer who wait for hour. I’m not saying that customers is always right. But my issue today is, I didn’t do any wrong. Why did the cashier give me attitude when it their own fault and told me to appreciate it. ???? I even proof to them that I did receive the email two time to pick up the items. I never receive an email for the order had already pick up. On their register even show that the items was never pick and it still in their register. I called before going to pick up the items too.I am sure the cashier remember this issue today. I wish I could said someting mean to her, but I chose not to said it. I used to be a sale associate too. According to my experience, I chose to have manner toward other sale associates. I wish this Walgreen train their worker better to have manner. If I am the manager and customer is being rude, I would like my worker to defend themself. But this case, the cashier should be more polite if the customer didn’t argue back.

Unfortunately, this location does not have enough staff to fill medications. They also have no system in place to notify you that they cannot fill your medications. I recommend filling your prescriptions at literally any other pharmacy.

Worst Pharmacy Service. Either not enough staff or no one knows what's going on. Be prepared to wait in a long line. If I can give them negative ratings I would.

The manager of this store is very disrespectful and ghetto and has no idea how to run a store, poor customer service and a big joke! This store needs to be closed Down I will never visit a Walgreens again! No employees is better then poor employees! Get it together!!!?

This Walgreens is terrible, the pharmacy is always closed, there’s people begging for money outside and the drive thru pharmacy is always closed!

Only one start bc of an employee that didn’t even work at this location. She was sweet and helped with a few purchases, without an attitude. I’ve tried placing orders for pick and prescription and they cancel it or never fill them. It’s honestly messing with my mental health as I’ve waited 4 days for my depression prescription. It or when my prescription gets filled, it will be the last time I go there.

Was on hold for 30 mins for the pharmacy, right after I told her what I needed she hung up the phone on me and I was immediately put back into the call queue with over 3 calls ahead of me. I showed up in person less than 5 minutes later and there was virtually no line as everyone was ignoring the phone. Cashier got defensive and had an attitude when I brought it up.

Terrible pharmacy service and hours!. My prescriptions are NEVER ready when told they would be ready. Seriously, don't bother here. Go somewhere else!

If I can give this review a zero stars, I would.As a former loyal customer, this store use to have a better standard of service. You’d feel welcome with the former employees who were willing to greet and assist you.Unfortunately now, that is not the case. The TWO front registers aren’t always used although there are a few new workers inside. They do not help you at all, and also will give you attitude. There’s always never anyone at the photo now or by the kiosk to help, and when you have to ring for any items no one will come unless you go grab them.Store hours are also suppose to be open until 10pm daily on weekdays. However the store suddenly decides now to close before 8pm or even 7pm now.Ridiculous. Need corporate or higher up management to fix this current situation. Or unfortunately I don’t think this store can further operate.
