Lucas is the absolute worst pharmacist I have ever encountered at a Walgreens. While inline we all witnessed him yell at a woman. He wouldn't help any of us inline he just decided to answer phone calls after phone calls after phone calls. When it was my turn he took my coupon from me and told me to read the numbers to him.. I thought it was a joke as he didn't hand me the coupon back to read. I asked for it back, read out loud what he wanted me to read then said I was wrong? The worst customer service I've ever seen.

1.with new staff in the pharmacy yes it's slow 2. Yes the line is long But considering the store itself is small than most Walgreens I can see. Store itself Being previous employee I can say this there was literally lack of management interaction and the shift leads were put out there to play as manager. They hire folks who were lazy and only wanted to cashier part . With new manager and assistant manager I know that they will turn that place around hands down. Only problem they have Jamie beauty consultant loves to talk about people in ways that is unacceptable and unprofessional but shout out to the assistant manager keep up the excellent work girl.

So so so sad. This store was once a home town favorite. Now it’s pitiful, dirty and you leave feeling bad for the kind staff, like they’re caged animals at run down zoo. Ford and Finn is a better experience.

If you enjoy being verbally accosted the second you walk into this store, then you’re in the right place. I’m a law student near this Walgreens, and walked to the store to grab a prescription. When I walked it, ann employee beelined to me and began yelling at me for entering the store with my backpack. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bag containing expensive law school textbooks and my laptop at the front counter, but had no other option. I will gladly drive 100 miles out of my way to get a prescription if means I don’t have to ever step foot in this establishment again. Y I K E S

Incredibly long wait times, usually understaffed. I once waited 45 minutes for someone to tell me they didn't have my prescription ready ut that they would in an hour. I came back an hour later and waited in another 45 minute line and they told me they still hadn't filled the prescription. The pharmacist was telling everyone else in line the same thing-- I guess the previous pharmacist on duty hadn't filled any of them or something. Picking up a prescription is always a hassle here.

Don't go here or any other Walgreens as my experiences here have completely turned my off from the company as a whole. Due to Walgreens incompetence I've had to ration out meds and experience withdrawal symptoms because they take excruciating long times to refill prescriptions.Refills will often sit in "Pending" until you call them. But good luck reaching them – I’ve literally been holding for over two hours and I started as the third call in queue (I know this as while on hold they tell you how many calls are before yours every 20 seconds). This isn't even their scheduled break. I even walked down there to see if I could talk to someone, but, as usual, the line is 15 people long. I can even hear the phone ringing from the pharmacy. This is for a medication that can only be refilled on or past the date you last filled it, which means, as mentioned above, I have had to ration out my meds. It was supposed to be filled three days ago. I tried to ask the cashier if there is someone I could complain to and they just stared at me. They didn’t even say a word to me, just a partial smile. What is that? I guess I’ll let it ring until they pick up?In addition to the poor pharmacy, this store is stunningly filthy. The floors are black, the tiles are worn. You have to literally shop around people who are waiting in line for their prescriptions. There’s a vaccination booth where the line ends, but I couldn’t imaging getting a vaccine here with how gross it is.There’s a CVS a little over half a mile down the road that is newer, clean, has a better pharmacy, and doesn’t smell. I’d say that it appears as if Walgreens has thrown in the towel for this store and have just given up, but all the Walgreens in the area are like this – though not as bad. Once my insurance changes at the start of the year, I will never fill my prescriptions or go into these stores again.Update: They hung up after the two hour mark. Nuts to this place.

The staff at the Rx/vaccination/pharmacy counters were all incredibly kind. They are also overworked and dealing with crabby customers. The public layout of this area needs a redesign to accommodate the number of people and guide folks to the right places. They have three separate windows, and some customers need to visit all three of them: Someone coming in for a vaccination needed to check in at the back window, then is told to wait in the prescription area because there are chairs there (and to then check in again there for a receipt/vax slip), then they are guided to the pharmacist counter for consultation… it is a lot of moving around, and privacy is diminished in the tight spaces where others are waiting.5 stars for the staff. 1 star for the space design.

Worst pharmacy experience imaginable- I believe it needs to be investigated and shut down. I simply cannot get essential medications in a timely manner. I waited in for an hour to talk to a pharmacist and then they hung up.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, it's the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. Almost 2 weeks to refill a prescription, impossible to get ahold of anyone, and once you finally get the refill, the completely forget to have it shipped. The people absolutely do not know what they are doing, nor do they care.

i would give them less than one star if that was an option. the pharmacy is HORRIBLE. they're always running behind, unreliable, short staffed, ridiculously long wait times and half the time they just won't even fill your prescription because they're so "busy". Im never coming back here again.

Nothing like it was. Poorly staffed. Pharmacy closes for 30 min. in the middle of the day. If you were standing in line for 30 prior to the closing, they tell you to come back. There seems to be no correlation in the mind of Walgreens between a decent staffing level and return customers. I’ll not return until I hear things have changed.
