Waited 30 min on the phone for pharmacy (so obviously I was just on my phone during that time) and finally they pick up so I’m responding yet they can’t hear me so I’m tryna get to the screen where I can access the call and they hung up in 5 seconds because they couldn’t hear me. I just wanna say that if you know these callers were put on hold for a while, give a little grace period where they can settle themselves, especially if you only give 2 seconds for a response.

Ghetto as hell . I went to pick up my prescription and they didn’t tell me that they didn’t have my regular prescription on hand so they filled it for a different pill and didn’t tell me so when I got home I had medication that’s not as effective as my usual prescription. Then when I called the Pharmacist on duty they argued with me instead of being upfront and telling me they didn’t have the medication. Not doing business here anymore .

I went just to pick up a prescription, she told me to wait and ended up helping someone else. It seemed like she didn't want to help me at all, I got a huge attitude and when I said that how stores loose good customers she threw my change in my hand and tossed my receipt at me. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know my experience and not to go there. Also, you can't walk into the store without people begging for money. I shouldn't have to worry about getting robbed just walking into to the. I brought that up to the worker and she said Walgreens doesn't care. What kind of business does that. If I could rate zero stars that's what they would get. Will definitely find another pharmacy/pharmacist

Asian Employee at pharmacy counter very rude leaving people standing and waiting and then snatched the receipt from my wife's hand and basically threw her change at her this is a bad location they cater to they're own kind very rude to my wife, don't go here go to Wal-Mart or a different location

Pharmacy has terrible Customer Service!I called ahead of time for a prescription refill. I go in to pick up after they called me to confirm it is ready for pick up.. and guess what it isn’t ready and they ask meto wait 30min for them to refillit.. happened to me twice!!I wont waste my time going there anymore.

Incompetent pharmacy. Three or four times now I have called to get a prescription filled, the person that answers gets my information verifies my prescription and tells me when it will be ready. When I show up they tell me it can't be filled for some reason or another. Today I went to pick up a prescription that I was told would be ready, they had nothing filled and told me I couldn't get it filled. When I asked why I kept getting incorrect information. I was judged and accused of abusing my medication in some way. The pharmacist continually talked over me saying that I couldn't get my prescription "filled early" and I had never once mentioned anything about having medication filled early because it was not my intention. No matter how many times I clarified that he kept going back to saying that I was trying to get my prescription filled early. I kept trying to explain that I was given information on the phone that my prescription would be filled and I could come get it and he told me that that wasn't true. I told him that he needed to speak with his staff about communicating accurate information and multiple times he told me "there's nothing I can do".A couple months ago I went inside and waited 15 to 20 minutes in line, once it was my turn the pharmacy tech told me that they were closed and he couldn't help me. This was not at the posted closing time. No mention of this the whole time me and others were waiting in line.What is going on at this place?!

The absolute worst pharmacy and store. pharmacy is always out of stock and refills are never ready no matter if you call ahead. normal products are behind glass to prevent theft but staff isn't available to unlock things in time. The drive through pharmacy is never open. some of the same products as other stores but way overprice. Bathroom is locked and you have to ask the unavailable staff to open it they won't even give a key they just walk you to the bathroom like an inmate. This store is so bad dont go! pharmacist hung up on me out of frustration.
