The absolute worst pharmacy and store. pharmacy is always out of stock and refills are never ready no matter if you call ahead. normal products are behind glass to prevent theft but staff isn't available to unlock things in time. The drive through pharmacy is never open. some of the same products as other stores but way overprice. Bathroom is locked and you have to ask the unavailable staff to open it they won't even give a key they just walk you to the bathroom like an inmate. This store is so bad dont go! pharmacist hung up on me out of frustration.

I had my FedEx package delivered there, so went to pick it up today. The woman at the checkout was talking so loud and dropping the f bomb. I picked up some cookies that caught my eye and got in line to check out and ask about my package. The cashier was bad mouthing her co-worker to a customer/friend who was sitting on some merch. The employee getting the bashing came up to grab her phone and was leaving, the cashier was berating her as she left. I finally got to the checkout and she made a huge deal about being the only one who works. She said she didn't know what to do, she was loud and kept saying about calling some guy, Jake? Then she said some short Asian girl can help, and said she couldn't remember her name. She ignored I had the cookies and started ringing up the guy behind me. She finally got on the phone and called someone to help with the package. I just left the cookies and got my package and got the hell out of there. I will drive far and wide before I would ever, ever go there again. This is a warning, don't ever break down to go there. So not worth it. No one needs that much drama. Btw, Yelp won't let me give 0 stars.

I went to the pharmacy to get my drugs, turns out the inside is closed so I went to the curbside pick up. There was a line all the way out to the street. I sat in the line for 30 minutes got to the window, they said my drugs weren't ready even though I got a text saying that they were. They made me come back in 30 minutes. I came back to another huge line. Finally got to the window and they said they didn't have enough boxes for me so I asked for the 30 day supply. They said they had to process for that and for me to get back in line. I should have spazzed but I just left with no drugs. This is very stressful as a diabetic who needs insulin to even eat. Couldn't eat tonight because I couldn't get my drugs. Something needs to change.

Well, I had a 2nd experience that will officially make me switch pharmacies. I placed a curbside pickup with only 2 items, maybe a $10 order. I also had a prescription to pick up. I first went through the drive thru for the Rx, there were 2 cars ahead of me. We all waited in the drive thru for at least 15 mins and the car at the window never moved. This was at 8pm.So I decided to go park in the curbside to wait for my online order while the line went down at the pharmacy drive thru. I press the "I'm here" button on my email. It also says if I've been waiting more than 5 mins for my order, to call the store.I waited 6 mins and ended up calling the store. The cashier said he would take care of it. I waited another 10 mins, no order. I called the store a 2nd time, and the cashier apologized and called out to another employee and hung up the phone. I waited another 10 mins, and decided to go in the store this time. Went up to the cashier and said I had been waiting almost 30 mins for my order. He apologized again (the cashier was very polite and sincere, I don't remember his name) and grabbed the manager and 2 other employees that were apparently looking for my order at the photo center (none of my items were photo related). The manager came to me with a brown paper bag with my items and told me I had requested a digital receipt (this was not an option when I was shopping online) and said they were having a hard time finding it. He did apologize for the wait, but by then I just wanted to leave the store and not cause a scene. It was 40 mins by then. I left the store, and then remembered I still had to pick up my meds. I went back to the drive thru and the pharmacist was not on duty so it was closed, at 8:45pm. Sigh.

They have a serious organization problem at Walgrens I have to make 3-4 trips for different meds every month because they can't get the same refill date....Then I saw on TV they have Save A Trip , which is supposed to fill all your meds on the same day, NOPE... I called the day before to verify the meds would be ready they said next day by 10am. Only 3 out of 7 meds were filled at 2 pm next day and it would take another half hour to fill the rest !I called save a trip to tell them the problem and they said I only had 4 meds on save a trip ! Total chaos, go somewhere else.
