Be very careful with your prescriptions here! Picked up prescription refill, brought it home and it was used. A week later and side effects were noticed. Checked and the pharmacy had dispensed a medication other than prescribed by the doctor and did not inform of the change in medication.

I've tried over and over to like this pharmacy but today I've had enough. Took a prescription with today's *1/16/2021* date on it and the rude behavior started before we even dropped it off. The tech blatantly ignored us until asking if we needed something and then gets upset that we didn't see the line. Once to the counter she took my prescription to the back, talks to the pharmacist, and without even looking it up tells us it's too early to be filled. Instead of making a scene i walked to the car but wanted to know how it was to early. I decided to call and they said since i filled it last on the 19th i had to wait till then AGAIN- the prescription was dated for the 16th and I've never had this problem before. I then ask that same women what if i took it somewhere else and she told me I'd get the same answer. Took it to CVS to ope, HAVE IT FILLED. I called back asking why she went out of her way to lie to us and then finally tells me she doesn't have to fill it if she doesn't want to and hung up. IF A PRESCRIPTION SAYS IT CAN BE FILLED ON A SPECIFIC DAY BY THE PATIENTS DOCTOR THEN IT CAN BE FILLED! That is not your call to make that was my doctors. With the same amount of schooling anyone can do your job sweetheart. I really hope that 30 second attitude made you feel superior. Because to every customer you treat like is a person like you and the only difference is the counter between us. I really really really hope this woman does this to the wrong person and they tell her what's up. She's lucky I didn't call back after being hung up on to get a name and report her to corporate. You are in a medical field that calls for customer service- DON'T BE if you don't understand that. Just one more time for the people in the back- MY PRESCRIPTION SAID IT COULD BE FILLED TODAY (1/16/2021) AND WAS LIED TO TWICE BEFORE GETTING A RUDE ANSWER. Never. again. Your pharmacy isn't nice enough to waste my time.

I had bad service I tried to buy 2 separate 500 dollar Amazon cards because I was trying to buy my new phone from Amazon and I figured I'd make 2 separate purchases like they've allowed me to do before but no the cashier gave me an attitude and was very rude they took over 3 to 5 minutes looking at every 20 dollar bill I had just disrespectful I literally had to have the other person I was with go back in and buy the other 500 dollar card very disappointed in the service the other person I had go back in asked if their was a purchase limit and the cashier said no I think he only did it because my age I'm young but I'm still an adult. The cashier was an older man.

Beware they close early. Pulled in at 10:55 and the doors were locked. I hate when stores do this.... like you say you close at 11:00pm so lock the doors at 11:00pm. Disappointing.

My low rating for Walgreens overall is their continued DILUTION of the effective chemicals in our prescriptions by opting for cheaper and cheaper manufacturers!!! Prescriptions i take for asthma etc for years, are now SO ineffective i just suddenly QUIT and transferred everything to the good pharmacy at U of Mn campus (3). I like Fulton Street Main building lobby pharmacy also open saturdays 9-1 pm. Good bye Walgreens after NINETEEN years for the entire family!!!
