Went to DTLR with my girlfriend and loved the variety of clothing they had. The sales associates were very helpful and made our shopping experience much better with all their help.
They even stayed past closing time to help us out.
We were shopping for my girlfriend's birthday outfits and we really liked this store!!

They are very rude in this particular store
It is Labor Day 2025 and I just called to check their hours because online it says hours differ. The sales associate that answered the phone told me they close at 8 o’clock and immediately after told me I could just look online and hung up in my face. I wanted to inform the guy that it said online the hours may differ so there was no time specified. This isn’t the first time Ive had horrible/ rude dealings with the employees here. Do better or call off if you aren’t in the mood to deal with people

Attempted to purchase some shoes for my son I waited over 30 minutes for someone to actually go in the back and get them. The guys at the register were talking about how the last person left their credit card and who was going to attempt to use it. This is pathetic 😡

Very unprofessional. Wanted to return an item and I was told their machine for refunds are down and it’ll be back working the next day. I waited a whole entire week and still the same excuse. They also were young and rude. No professionalism whatsoever. Never go here!!!

So basically I went to this store to get shoes for me and my son I asked my son to be at the store for a few minutes he said they were cussing saying slurs and saying the n word the cashier was on a call with a girl and they were cussing and was singing very loudly I don’t recommend.

I try to check out the merch from time to time. They have a good shoe products. Everything else is secondary. Worth checking out for sure.
