We had a wallet stolen and they allowed the person to swipe multiple cards to see what would work, then ran not one but two absurdly high transactions, this should have been obvious red flag behavior and had they asked for the ID- would have realized they were participating in someone committing credit card fraud. Based on other reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. Stop enabling thieves and train your employees better to recognize suspicious behaviors like this.

dude seemed like i was really inconveniencing him by asking him to check if they had my size in three different pairs of shoes. when i chose one, i thanked him and asked to keep them at the counter while i look at some clothes. he took them off the counter aggressively and said alright bro in a very annoyed sounding tone. i just wanted to support a brick and mortar shoe store in my neighborhood. on top of all of this, he seemed friendly with the black people ahead of me. it makes me wonder if it has to do with me being white. i wont be back.

They just be in the store chilling with they friends watching people shop it’s a guy with braids dark skinned that works there acted like he wanted to shoot somebody over looking at shirt sizes they won’t be around too much longer .

Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. DTLR should be ashamed of themselves for having such rude people work here. I was ready to drop $$$$ but DTLR lost what would of been a loyal customer.

I was standing outside this store at 7:42 they were saying they were closed, Which it says on the sign they close at 8pm… for the last 3/4 days I been coming at least 30 minutes before they close and EVERY TIME I CAME, EVERYTIME!! They were saying they were closed 30 mins before they originally close. The staff there are rude , unprofessional and costumer service skills are Horrible. I’m from Chicago (visiting here) and not even in Chicago the workers are this unprofessional, unorganized and poor character traits. My stepdad is the mayor of St. Paul, so I will be contacting him with this information and reaching out too St.Paul Department of safety and inspections. Love learning in the Law Field because business like this need to be shut down & workers need too be penalized and not able to become a manager again.

I would say this is most disgusting customer service I have never seen before ...! This is why the reason most black business don't have that much customers... they got an attitude they didn't want to even talking to you assist you and especially if you come from different country you and you want to spending your dollar $$ to supporting a black-owned business don't even go this place they nasty. Very judgmental they don't think you spending your hard work money what my understanding is it's not only one place I see so many black owned business and then make customer run away inferiority complex!!!!I'll take my money a white business with respect and a better customer service I'll never go back black own business establishment anymore.....

I am a 23 years old African American woman I walked into dtlr and the first thing I was told was to take off my bag . Not a greeting not a welcome in . I don’t steal I actually wanted to look for some shoes to buy but since security and the staff where so disrespected and rude and bias I left and did not purchase a thing. That store and location has horrible customer service and they should be ashamed of themselves by the way they treat paying customers. Aside from all that they have no shoes sizes you would be better off buying online then going into that store with such unprofessionalism
