“We've used East Valley Animal Clinic for years. They fixed up one of our dog's legs when she dislocated her ankle using cutting edge technology for the time (3D printed orthotic). They spent a lot of effort on her case and explored various options. We felt they informed us as much as possible on our decisions and answered all of our questions.

When our oldest dog got very sick suddenly, we called and explained it was urgent she be seen, and they fit her in the same day. We suspected we were going to have to put her to sleep, and they offered to do a "Quality of Life" visit with us. We got to sit down with the vet while we explained what had happened and she helped us make the very difficult decision to put her to sleep. She and the tech were very compassionate, left the decision to us, and gave us their feedback. We really just needed to know we were making the right decision, and she helped greatly with that. Despite them being very busy, we weren't rushed or made to feel as though we were under any sort of time limit to say goodbye to our dog.

We are very grateful to have them as our vet, and wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else.”

“I've used this service quite a few times. My granddaughter works at a private clinic but it's very expensive. They give excellent service at Animal Humane Society Veterinary Clinic. That's the best I can say. If you're poor take your fur baby there to get the treatment they need. If you can't get them on the phone just go there and make an appointment in person. They're wonderful.”

“I always appreciate the attentiveness and kindness of the staff at Scenic Hills. They are so knowledgeable and really care about my dog. It’s not her favorite place to visit, but they work hard to make it as low stress as possible for her.”

“Time and again, one of the most thoughtful, sympathetic, and efficient veterinarian clinics I've ever used. They have been extremely helpful with medical and behavioral advice, which has allowed one of our pups to thrive through his anxiety. Wonderful practice, and I highly recommend.”

“Been going here for cats and my chiMix for 15+ years. Dr Nolte is always kind and knowledgeable. She predicted my dog's need for knee surgery when I first adopted him and knew nothing about little dogs. Care here is sooo great! I always recommend.”

“So delightful! This place is connected to the university of Minnesota and they provide a brief but awesome tour of the various raptors on site Absolutely glorious creatures that included a flight demonstration. Really worth the price of admission and a pretty unique experience”

“This was the best vet I've ever been to. The Vet and Tech were both extremely helpful and friendly! My cat was very nervous and didn't want to be held, but they made sure he was comfortable and also calmed my nerves. Will always go back there!”

“My super anxious dog (3.5 yr old mini Schnauzer) did great getting his annual exam and vaccine. Dr. Abby and staff did an amazing job! With a previous vet my dog needed to be sedated, but Dr. Abby knows her stuff! She made adjustments and distracted him with treats while giving vaccines and the exam. Thanks, Dr. Abby and team!”

“We are long-time clients of St. Paul Pet Hospital. This morning I found my dog looking guilty and acting very strange (coughing, choking, hacking) and I saw that she got into a sewing kit. I brought her to an emergency vet who advised the problem was kennel cough. St. Paul Pet Hospital was consistently on the phone with me trying to find time to get my dog in for a follow up. The symptoms worsened and I said "She is drooling blood." They made space immediately, got her in, and pulled a sewing needle out of her throat. We never doubt the care we receive here, and this is yet another of many reasons why.”

“My cat has never been great at the vet...and neither have I. I'm always worried about how my cat will treat the vet and how the vet will treat my cat.

I've heard major hissing, yelling, and other crazy sounds coming from my cat during exams and shots...until I got to Feist.

Dr. Armeni is a fantastic veterinarian and put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. I wondered if me being in the room was causing issues especially with my cat getting older and needing some more specific treatment as of late...and I was right!

I had Dr. Armeni just take my cat into the back and at any other clinic I've been to, I've heard loud noises when they take my cat in. This time, nothing! Even with two shots! Easiest vet appointment ever and she wasn't even angry when we got back home.

The clinic is really clean, comfortable, and has both a professional and cutesy atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back for future vet visits. Thanks so much, VCA Feist!”

“We have gone to this Vet. Hospital for many years including the early years from 1974 to 1990. We moved up to Ham Lake and used a vet place there. When we returned to this area we came back to MN Vet. Hospital, (about 2018). We have been happy with the staff, taking our cat here. They are always courteous and friendly. If there are questions, they will return a call with the information we need. We just euthanized our cat and the staff was so very kind and caring. We are very happy with this vet. hospital and plan to return in the future with another pet. Kathy H.”

“I moved out of the state a year ago but having recently had some negative vet experiences, the wonderful staff at Como Park popped into my head. This was my go to emergency vet for years. They saw my roommates and I through dog, cat, and lizard emergencies. The most notable experience was the night my dog, Rose, died in November 2018. She was 4 years old and collapsed in our kitchen with no warning. We rushed her to Como but I know now that it was too late. Even though there was a part of me that knew there was nothing that could be done, they took her from my arms and did everything they could, continuing CPR until the vet spoke to me and got my verbal permission to stop lifesaving measures. The staff was incredibly respectful and empathetic, allowing me time and space to mourn and not rushing me out the door. They handled her body and cremation with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially during times of stress.”

“The staff at Highland are caring, friendly, professional, and helpful. The health plan is good and comprehensive, well worth the cost. In health and at the end of life, they made my cat and me feel like we were important and valuable”

“Called early in the morning for a dog bite wound, they classified it as an ER visit, but were able to change it to an urgent care visit after talking more with the clinic.
The ER visit would have been $234, the urgent care visit was $171.
I would read on their website the differences in ER vs Urgent care before calling in.
Our urgent care visit went well, took about 2 hours from checkin to checkout. We had 11AM appointment and were seen after a 45 minute wait, we were checked out by 1 PM. The vet gave us multiple options and shared the cost for each option.”

“Much better then it was 3 years ago. Now you are able to go in with your fur baby instead of having to wait at home or some where else working if they are treating them right. The vets are nice also”
