They need to fire everyone here and get new staff! These people are very unprofessional. They NEVER answer the phone. We’ve had Mail issues for almost 2 years now with getting the wrong mail or no mail at all because they refuse to deliver. My mail is always in the neighbors mailbox or given to someone else. Fire them immediately this is the worst location I’ve ever had to deal with. Wish I could give them a 0

This place is the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had mail problems for the last 2 months. I’ve requested a new key to my mailbox because it is jammed, I’ve requested hold mail, and also leave a note on my mailbox to CALL ME so I can get my mail. They ripped my note off the mailbox and still put my mail in the mailbox knowing it is jammed and I can not get my Mail out. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! This place sucks!!When I come into the office to try and get help, they always have Attitudes. No type of respect or good customer service for anyone.

I live in the 55119 zip code and I don't know what is wrong with the mailman/woman who deliver my mails. Most of the time my mails go to the neighbors' houses and their mails come to my house. Sometimes my mails were sent back to the sender (probably the neighbors put it back in the mailbox, etc.) I had some important mails and they were sent back to the sender as I was told after some investigation. Ugggh...I 'm so frustrated :( because this happen constantly.

Always helpful, friendly staff. I have been going to this branch for over 15 years, and never had a bad experience. The way service used to be in the US.

They haven't picked up packages or delivered mail in a week. They never answer their phone so I am left with no clue when my mail service will resume.

Every time I go to this postal office, and most of those I've visited, I get treated really well. The employees at the postal office are really nice, and so is the postal lady delivering at my house
