I opened a case because it's been 10 days with my package stuck in the "in transit to the next location" status. The person who was assigned to my case insisted they never received the package, despite what the tracking system said, but then called back later to say his boss showed him were to look, and confirmed they took receipt of the package, assuring me that he would be working with the local office to find out what happened. He closed my ticket (why, I'm not sure) but promised to keep me posted. It's been two-days, and whenever I call the number he gave me to follow up, it just keeps ringing, no voicemail or anything. I feel stuck.

Did not try to deliver a package, but claimed they did. Left no note Their phone just rings and rings. After about 20 rings it turns to a busy signal. Wondering if we'll ever see our package.

I inquired about a piece of certified mail to the clerk on duty. She tried locating it but was not found.The same clerk called her supervisor to assist, and she gave me the signature of receipt card to sign ahead of time, assuring delivery and saving many steps. Great service across the boards!!!!

This Post Office is absolutely terrible! Ever since the previous postal carrier for our location retired, we have had an issue with receiving our mail. Although our names are clearly in the mailbox, they keep sending our mail back. I have called several times about this issue. I still receive calls from my banks, insurance company, and other important companies stating that mail they have sent has been returned and they need my new address. It is very frustrating! Especially when I have no idea what mail we may not have gotten unless I am contacted regarding something that has been returned to the sender. I have spoken with the current mail carrier and he said that he’s not sending mail back and it has to be getting returned before it gets to him. I don’t know what the issue is over there, but they need to perform their job properly.

Has repeatedly lost and delayed my packages, some of which included important medication. I have had to call them 4-5 times in the 3 months I have been living here. This is absolutely outrageous. There is no excuse to continually lose packages. Every time I called the package would mysteriously suddenly turn up.

I've stopped at the Vadnais Heights annex location dozens of times over many years. Not one time did I have a bad experience. One time I dropped my phone in the mail slot by mistake and the staff came outside, unlocked the mailbox and retrieved it for me. Nice folks there.

Excellent service and delivery. Anytime I've had an issue all I have to do is call and they resolve it in a timely manner. The mail carriers are great and always deliver my mail and heavy packages on time. USPS is the best shipping method out there and this location helps to prove that everyday. I buy and sell on multiple online platforms so I have hundreds of pieces of mail and very heavy packages any given week and they are always delivered on time and in perfect condition.

*Update. We just confirmed with someone at USPS and they confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address like it's been for the past 5 times. Can't be that hard to read an address especially when it's your daily route people!!! I'm not reviewing this location specifically, but this was the location we end up picking up our package after getting notified that it was delivered. I don't know who is the one delivering in the Vadnais Heights area, but they have been dropping our packages at our neighbors. This is the 5th time so far this year and every time we report this they never do anything about or claim they don't know who is the person that delivered it.

Incredibly frustrated. Twice in the last month I've had packages that said they were delivered, but were not. When I called, they said the packages were delivered to the wrong address (they can tell by the GPS location). I got the 1st package back after a week, but now the 2nd package has apparently been sent back to the original post office it came from! Even after I called again and they again told me they would retrieve the package and redeliver it to my house. Seriously?
