If you’re thinking about working here, don’t.they let go of my bf after giving him loads of work from other employees that wasn’t his to do. all of a sudden he got a new manager that started picking on him claiming he wasn’t doing enough and the trainer would pick on him now too bc he wanted to be the manager’s pet. they fired him right after his shift which he didn’t even get a notice about. very unprofessional.

Nice setting with informative people at the front desk.Don't really understand how it's even considered a branch given that they apparently "don't deal in cash"I don't know what most other people go to the bank for but typically it's because you need some form of cash, either deposited or withdrawn since that's what banks do.Calling this location an actual branch is a bit of a stretch.

Called and got the 24 Hour service. Tevin in St. Paul input my verification in incorrectly 3x and locked me out of my closed account. They are KEEPING money that is attempted to be deposited into my closed account. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use electronic documents. You will be closed out of your account IMMMEDIATELY once you close your account and unable to reference any of the PRIOR statements and documents. So GLAD I got out while I could and my larger finances are not tied into this bank!!!

This bank is not here for you during tough times, they simply try to make you believe that. I've been getting tagged with fees ever since they slapped me with $500 dollars worth of overdraft fees when I didn't receive my paycheck. In a situation where they are making millions of dollars they fight so hard to keep the money they make from you when your dealing with an unfortunate circumstance. Even after explaining my situation to the top 2 people in the company Teri Charest (Vice President) and Andrew Cecere (President). Ultimately, my concerns are never seen by them but instead reviewed by someone named Desiray Strain. This person calls and emails you with no intention of helping but instead explaining what can NOT be done. Very well deserved one star for this Bank. I'm ashamed to have been so proud to be with them for so long. Until this point, I never considered switching banks. As soon as I'm caught up I'm changing banks and letting everyone I know how this bank handled my situation. I was denied twice by Desiray when I requested for assistance, it's beyond me that she would make the decision to hold on to $500 then to keep a long time customer. Thank you Desiray. You have displayed how a Senior customer care specialist should make business decisions.
