Thieves work here. Had 4 packages, yes 4 total packages delivered empty that were all sent from this store in the last month. Someone here is taking high ticket items out of boxes and packaging them back up. I’ve filed police reports but I don’t think anything is happening. Read the other reviews as I’m not the only one. Stay away from this place for any outbound UPS shipments.

Website says they have a notary. Not have a notary occasionally. Called as we were leaving Grand Ave. location, told them we were coming. Notary left before we got there.

Shipped a computer trade-in via this store and when Apple received the box it was empty! Obviously can’t be sure when in the process the theft occurred, but it was somewhere during UPS shipping. (If you have video, you may want to look at 7/6, 11:11 am.)

unless you’re working with matt, the whole staff is disrespectful and utterly unprofessional. 0/10 service on days that matt isn’t working.

I had set up an appointment online to get a document notarized. I arrived at the store about 5 minutes before my appointment and walked up to the counter. I let the customer service agent know that I was there to see the notary, and he told me that he was running late and will be arriving an hour late. The lady at the counter told me that he doesn't come into work until 2pm.
Why offer an appointment schedule if they aren't going to honor it?
I left the store disappointed and not willing to wait around an hour, left and took my business elsewhere.
This store seems to be very understaffed, so if you decide to use services here, be prepared to wait a long time.

Tried to mail my tax returns with certified mail USPS @ $4.40 but neither of the men working knew how and both claimed they did not provide USPS services like certified mail but could send it via UPS certified for $22.00 per envelope! Finally, just bought postage stamps for $1.25 each and placed it in the USPS pick-up bin at the UPS store. Please train your employees.

They have at least gotten stuff shipped safely but the front desk idiots drop and kick fragile packages right in front of customers. Doesn't give me much hope for anything.

I just started a little home business and needed to ship a few things. Each time I have visited this store the clerk has been so nice and helpful. He makes the whole process seamless. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for shipping or a post office box. THANKS!

The guy who helped me was not friendly. I was on the road for work, and obviously didn’t have a printer. I’ve never had to pay 2.93 to print a prepaid label from any store in the past. When I mentioned and made note, the guy working didn’t care and said it wasn’t his problem. It was an already prepaid label I had to email him to print to get my item shipped. He also needed to me to not only email it from my work email, but also my personal email as he wasn’t receiving it. Finally he received both. Which is weird because honestly one email should have been enough. I do not plan to be back to this store, and certainly don’t recommend this store for business. Guess I’ll use the free printer at the hotel from now on.

The driver didn’t even knock on my door. He left the sticker on my door saying “sorry we missed you” but I was sitting right next to the front door. Deliver drivers should knock on the door. UPS is broken and capitalism is failing us all. Thank god we’re mostly idiots in that system.
