Upon arrival the Grand Avenue UPS location, I proceed to set my two Amazon returns on the counter. I was suddenly stopped and astonished by a very loud hateful, and rude NOISE which belonged to the assistant manager named "lu". She continued to speak at me not too me and TOLD me not to place my returns there and POINTED to the other side of the counter. "Apparently there was a Rembrandt lying there". She was so condescending that the entire store stopped to see what had happened. It was the most unprofessional attitude and behavior one could expect at any UPS place of business. If you ever wish to be publicly humiliated this is the place to go.
I don't know if she is always this ugly or just to people of color!

The website says they have notaries. It does not say they have notaries Occasionally. Drove over there and there’s no notary, even though the store is open . Then called the Ford Parkway location and even though they knew we were coming Because the one on grand Avenue didn’t have one , the notary left.

The staff at this store are so helpful! Quantum fiber had claimed that I had not returned equipment AND I didn't have my tracking number, and the staff at this store were able to find my tracking number even when quantum and the broader ups service was unable to help me. Thanks again to the helpful staff!

I recently went to another local UPS store that fell short of my expectations, so I decided to make the drive over.
I arrived and was helped in a just a few minutes with getting my document notorized. All the staff that I've encountered at this store were very patient and kind. They got through the line of customers in a very quick and efficient manner.

By far the worst UPS store experience I've ever had. I had two packages, two identical items. Both items were large, and were shipped individually and had their own packaging. Somewhere in my email, I made a mistake with the QR codes I provided. The employee scanned the QR codes, and I realized they were supposed to be different codes and caught my mistake on my way out the door. I explained to the employee what happened, but he just was not listening or acknowledging my issue. I just wanted to rescan my QR code, and get the correct return label on the package.
Instead he taped both packages together, put on the one return label, and ignored my request to just see. "Oh they'll sort it out." I suppose its not an issue for the employee since it is not their 150$?
I got the other gentlemen to scan my other code (after I re-explained my issue in its entirety, after he had been staring and listening to the conversation in the non busy store, like where are you dude?), and confirm indeed I had two separate QR codes. Got it sorted after painstakingly trying to communicate with the most apathetic individuals I have ever had a customer service encounter with, only to have one of the packages show up at my house a week later because they didn't separate the packages and put the label on like we confirmed and like I had asked.
I was never rude, I made polite small talk, but did I want to blow a gasket on my way out the door.
To the indian man and the young man with long brown hair: If you're not into customer service or listening in general your position probably isn't for you. Seek a trade.
