This location was exceptional and Jamieson went above and beyond to help us with last-minute luggage that needed to be shipped due to a move. In addition, I lost my tracking number during our move, and Tom, helped me find my tracking information for the multi-shipment.

A marvelous place for me on University I found a very nice worker there by the name of cow he has worked with me on several occasions and is overwhelmingly good with the customers I do enjoy him mostly and I will not do without this young man too please give him a raise

I was there a couple days ago and meet with two of the employers there one named Tom, he was pretty cool, funny and a joy to work with. The other lady their was very polite and professional. Both of them pretty knowledgeable, on the system and got me in and out as quick as possible. Good store

Never have I felt compelled to write a positive review for a visit to the UPS store but my last stop was so memorable I had to! The store was really busy when I arrived and the staff was in such a good mood and handling everyone’s various needs efficiently with care and a smile, I was just blown away. Special shout out to Kyle who was so unbelievably helpful. I found out later that the store is recently under new ownership so I’d highly recommend stopping by this location next time you need to run to UPS—they will treat you right! They also have an adorable tiny “gnome home” in one of the PO Boxes (that one of their amazing staff members made!) which alone is worth a visit!
