I made an appointment online to have a trailer hitch installed at this location. An email was received to confirm the appointment and my credit card was charged. I showed up for the appointment to which I was told had been cancelled. No email was sent to me canceling anything. Then I was told that they don't even have a hitch tech in that day and that I should contact another location to reschedule. The other location started trying to sell me what I'd already paid for. I won't be going to any location as they all have horrible reviews. I chose Uhaul because their price was the best. I guess you get the service you pay for.

Filthy truck no gas ride worker NINA NEEDS TO BE TOOK ACCOUNTABLE FOR HER RUDE BEFORE NO HELP CHARGED FOR EXTRA TRUCKS AND SPENT OVER AN HOUR LOOKING FOR MULTIPLE TRUCKS SINCE THEY WERE ALL FILTHY And was charged for multiple things. DO NOT GO HERE! Not to mention they had someone else card under our account.. fraud????

Best to use the website or call as early as possible to make sure you're going to get the vehicle that you want. Especially around the end and beginning of the month. Everything is done with a credit card the guy at the counter was terse but friendly. I was in and out as fast as I could answer the questions.

The first time I went here I had a bad experience but I still went back because it is my local store but the young guy I believe his name is Tavione has been excellent he calls when he sees something wrong like when I double booked a reservation also as a reminder I am sure of the name but not the specific spelling of his name but he has took my bad experience and turned it all around and I will be booking this location at least twice a week maybe three depending upon demand but I really look forward to working with him he is very polite professional and very efficient he has so far had me in and out in minutes making my day go more smoothly I really appreciate this young man and the way he creates a good customer experience I think he will make a great ambassador for U-Haul someone should definitely talk to him about his future with this company !!!

Very patient employee, terrible experience. Was scheduled for mobile pickup at a different location, but informed upon arrival that they hadn’t set up the truck for mobile pickup. Was transferred to THIS location. Employee gave us the keys and we walked out solo to locate our truck. Truck was nowhere to be found, so we went back in. This process repeated 3 times, as we were continually given the wrong set. After 3 tries we got the right set, but the truck was sandwiched between others. Went back inside to ask them to move some around. When we got inside, the truck was filthy and the side mirrors were super messed up and don’t stay in position. I couldn’t fill out the inspection link because it had expired by the time we got to the right truck.

U-haul did not provide a receipt or forward it to me when I asked them to. I also had the Moving Help services and they are terrible. unprofessional, delay response, and even had to pay them for their lunch time. they delayed the move until 11am and were hungry. I should not have to pay for their lunch time. I HIGHLY do not recommend using the Moving Help feature from U-haul.

Twice I have been charged for fuel. This time $13.20 for 2 gallons. When I clearly left the gas gage at 1/4 tank. (Second picture) People take pictures. Also, we picked the truck with less than a 1/4 tank (first picture) that was indicated on the pick up sheet.

I rented a car dolly to transport my daughter new to her car from the dealer in St. Cloud to St Paul. The web site recommended the drive up dolly. She bought a 2019 Honda Civic SI. As you know these are low to the ground. The dealer loaded it for me and we went right to the Uhaul on University to drop the dolly. When I did the contract I asked the person about insurance because I was concerned about the cars height. I was told that the insurance covered $5000 in property damage. Don't be fooled like I was. It does not cover damages while loading or unloading. U Haul is not honest they are only out for the money. Rent from Penski or anyone else.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Filthy lot, dirty store. Surly employees. They handed me the key and I had to wander the lot to find my truck. The truck itself was filthy. Dusty, dirty, grimy, sticky. There was a pair of men's underwear on the passenger side floor. I called to speak with a manager and I was connected to a crazy woman in Blaine who claimed to be the President of Marketing for Uhaul. Bonkers. Absolutely disgusting ghetto uhaul.

I’ve never left a bad review before, but this was a horrible experience. The day before my reservation I called to tell them that I would be an hour late to get the van and they told me that was fine. When I get there the next day they said that they cancelled my reservation because I was supposed to be there an hour ago. I told them that I had called and they didn’t listen and said my only option was a 10’ truck. I asked if it would be for 48 hours and they said no that I would have to return it by 7am. I was there at 9am, they didn’t even give me 24 hours. They were insanely condescending and didn’t believe me when I said I had reserved the van for two days and I had to show them my receipt. They kept saying things like “don’t worry all your things will fit” and I had to explain to them that I’m a full time student with two jobs and that my roommates and I are sharing the uhaul and this changes our entire moving plans. They worst part is they still charged me for the truck and didn’t even apologize. Why would they tell me it was alright to be late if they would cancel my reservation? What right do they have to tell me not to worry when I’m tearing up from the amount of stress they caused me? This was worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I’m going to leave a bad review at this location, and I’m never going to ANY uhaul location ever again.

The customer service was great and they were very helpful! The trucks on the other hand were another story. The truck I had originally reserved was absolutely filthy and the driver side door didn’t open from the outside. I was not comfortable driving it in that condition and the woman at the front desk upgraded me to a 20ft instead of a 15 at no charge which was very nice. The 20 ft truck was not in that much better condition though. The left turn signal bulb in the front was burnt out, the transmission had a very hard time shifting with the engine being very very loud trying to shift. The steering was very off alignment and the passenger side mirror keep moving when going over bumps. The condition of the truck I felt was still unacceptable but I needed it at the time and didn’t have time to find another one.

This was a pretty easy move. The person behind the desk who serviced me, Taivion was very busy on the phone. However, he was very nice and helpful with my move and questions and concerns. For that, easy 10/10

Anthony is a top notch manager. He goes to great lengths when helping his customers. I lost my wallet in a truck I rented. Not only did he call me to let me know his team found it, everything was still in it! Thank you for your honesty and wherewithal to get my wallet back to me! I will definitely rent a truck from this you all again!!?
