Hard to find.Selection poor.If there is price difference from convenience stores I didn't notice. Customer service, hmm, resembles the sad dreary conditions of store.

I come in every week for my incense sticks from India. The employees are consistently rude. Today, they didn't have any. I asked where they were and if more would be ordered. The employee says "its a new world, you gotta fend for yourself, I don't know, I have no idea, they are gone, stolen, robbed" ~With out customers you wouldn't have a job you gimp. Live across the street but will never once go into this store from here on out for as long as I live.

Simple and conveniently located in the heart of Highland Park. Customer service is excellent although product availability is limited in comparison to other Head Shops.
