Had a horrible time coordinating the delivery of a mattress with this company. Voicemail box was full, so unable to leave a messages. They missed my original delivery date. Took nearly 2 weeks to get the mattress delivered after the initial delivery date. Highly recommend not using this company. Very poor service & delivery.

BEWARE. Deceptive and ill-informing with their paperwork.Twin Cities Moving Systems employs negligent and deceptive movers. READ THE PAPERWORK THEY GIVE YOU THOROUGHLY, as it is not explained. I was told by our movers that it was to “confirm delivery was complete” AFTER they damaged 18 inches of my doorframe.I had a couch delivered and 18 inches of my doorframe was damaged. No padding was put up. At this point, no paperwork had been signed. The movers took pictures of their own damage and said it would be sent to claims “to be covered.”At the END of the process, I was given paperwork and told, “this just confirms the delivery was complete.” I signed it because yes, delivery was complete (just with damage).I get a letter in the mail from Mark Kreisler, Safety Claim Manager who informed me that, “a Property Damage Waiver was signed giving the crew permission to attempt delivery even though there was a good chance of damage occurring. BECAUSE OF THIS I MUST RESPECTFULLY DENY THE CLAIM (caps added for emphasis by reviewer).”First, why would I sign a waiver AFTER services are rendered? That is not how waivers work.Second, I was ill-informed as a consumer. I was told this was one piece of paperwork, but the gentleman didn’t go through it (as most people with CONTRACTS where one party can be deemed negligent or assume responsibility).Third, I was told TWICE by employees that this was a covered incident. Now Mr. Kreissler wants to fall back on his paperwork without holding his own team accountable. This is a SHAMEFUL, money centered, deceptive company. If you buy from a furniture store (e.g., Ashley Furniture), be sure to ask who the third party mover is. If it is Twin Cities Moving System, decline the delivery and find a way to pick up the furniture yourselves. It is entirely unethical to omit information when presenting an agreement and it’s entirely unethical to be untruthful about what is being signed.I have all the energy and time in the world to pursue this because the situation is wrong by principle.DO BETTER.

I wish there was a 0 star option. They delivered furniture on behalf of Ashley Furniture to our home. They ran the couch into one of our doors, which stripped the screws in the top hinge and created a large verticals crack in the door.I submitted a damage claim, and after a week received a letter denying the claim. Mark Kreisler, their claim manager, said that he didn’t believe the damage was caused by them and that they wouldn’t be doing anything to rectify the issue. He said “I don’t believe that is what happened.”The damage was without a doubt caused by their delivery team, and now we have a door needing replacement. They contract with Ashley Furniture. If purchasing from Ashley, make sure they are not using Twin Cities Moving Systems to deliver your items. They'll do all they can to get out of covering any damage caused by their team.Avoid this business at all costs.

They broke some guy's wall, and contacted me to fix it. I wasn't interested because they wanted me to be their middleman. Evidently their feelings were hurt because Mark Kreissler left my small, one man business, a bad review on Google.I am glad I chose not to do business with these people. Don't take my word for it, check out their other reviews.

If I could give this company a negative 5-star rating, I would. We asked them to wait while we called Ashley Furniture, who had subcontracted them, for clarification. We went inside to make the call and they pounded on the door so hard that the building was vibrating, we could hear them hitting the door from the opposite side of the building through several closed doors. One of the men was 2 feet from my husband's face, with no mask, shouting at the top of his lungs and dropping a derivative of the fuc* word about every third word that came out of his mouth. Not only unprofessional, but we we actually feared for our safety. I have never encountered anything like this in my life!

Apparently, their drivers don't obey the texting while driving laws. I was just about sideswiped be one of their trucks today and when I looked at the driver, of course he had his phone in his face. The worse part is the fact that he was oblivious of my presence.

Used them two years in a row. They are speedy, and professional! Really good people.

My understanding is this company has recently gone through an ownership /acquisition change. I had a furniture order that was missing during their system change - and both Ryder and Pier1 worked hard to find my order and get it delivered! I appreciate the effort! Thank you to all who assisted!

I'd like to add that I'd give them negative 5 stars. They didn't show up for 2 of my scheduled delivery dates which took weeks to plan since they never answer any phone calls or emails. They have thousands of $ worth of my furniture at their warehouse and don't seem worried about whats going to happen to them.

I never confirmed the delivery per email because my son could not be home for a $3000 mattress I bought my him. They came anyway and tried to deliver it. They called my son at work and told him that they would wait 10 minutes and he just started a new job and could not leave. Almost 2 weeks went by with no word for a second delivery, so I had to call them to track down where the mattress was . Once they finally answered the phone my son had to wait another week before they could deliver it. Do not use this company.

Sent me voice and text delivery notifications ahead of time. Movers arrived on schedule and were quick and friendly.

The most frustrating company to work with! They never answer the phone which makes it really hard to confirm or make any changes to a delivery. I have stopped ordering from one particular store in town because I know they exclusively use this company and I honestly can't work with them anymore.

Twin Cities Moving provided exceptionally poor service from beginning to end. They left a message scheduling my delivery for a date I was not available, so when I called to reschedule, they did not answer the phone and I was repeatedly sent to voicemail. I had to call five times over several days during business hours to speak with a person. In addition, I left two voice messages which were never returned. In finally speaking with a person, the delivery was supposedly rescheduled, but then I received an automated voice call and a text message for the incorrect date. In order to avoid incorrect delivery, I had to call twelve times over a week during business hours, left seven messages, and sent an email. None of the messages or email were ever returned. I finally reached a person the day it was supposed to be incorrectly delivered and confirmed the new scheduling date. He did not apologize for the failure to return calls and made it clear they do not return voice messages.

I was a little nervous after reading all the reviews on how our couch delivery would go, but we could not be more pleased. We got an email to select a delivery day that would work best for us, and then the day before we got a confirmation call and a 4 hour window when they would come. They came during their scheduled time window and even called when they were on their way and when they got here. We live in an apartment building with semi-narrow hallways which made getting the couch through our door extremely difficult, but they were very persistent and patient and never got frustrated. They were extremely friendly and had a good attitude the whole time. If it's the same father, son and friend (?) that do all the deliveries, then I would highly suggest them.
