“Above and beyond customer service. I came in with a tight budget, side view mirror gone a good amount of scratches on the drivers side . Took awhile to find the part (i have quite an old car) but they made sure to keep me in the loop the whole way and on top of that, they buffed out almost all of the scratches I had free of charge.
Car looks great and they have a great team there that clearly cares about their customers. Glad I chose this body shop, particular shoutout to Husein!”

“I've been pretty loyal to Brausen Auto, but I have had a suspicion that they are starting to really upcharge repairs in the last couple years. I looked around to other local shops, and had a great experience at Minnesota Repair. They quoted me $330 to replace the fuel tank straps on my truck. Brausen quoted me $600.Minnesota repair was able to get me in same day, but I opted for the next day (a Saturday). They had it all taken care of in 3 hours. No nonsense. They seem honest and hardworking and I really appreciate that.”

“Just had my tire patched here and it was such a great experience! I pulled up on the off chance they would have time to do a patch without an appointment and they not only got me in right away, but they found the elusive slow leak in my tire that has been plaguing me for the last week and fixed it in less than an hour, for a total of $30. The two guys working were super sweet, too. I didn't think this kind of service existed anymore! Highly recommend!”

“Easy to work with. Fast. Had a disabled car on St. Claire in Saint Paul. Needed it towed to the East Side. Tyson's Towing delivered my car in under 45 minutes. It's at least a 20 minute from where the car was to where I needed it. That means they had my car recovered within 25 minutes. They dropped the car in the exact spot and facing the direction I wanted. Will definitely recommend and use again.”
“I called to have my car towed from a sketchy downtown St. Paul ramp. After inquiring why I required towing to the dealership I was redirected by this kind man to call around for locksmiths that could come do it. He also told me to have them choose when to come in the next few days. This man saved me hundreds of dollars by not towing me and I will definitely be calling him the next time I need a tow!”

“This morning I called in a panic attempting to locate a towing company that would honor the estimated mileage, and the safety and security of my vehicle being safe at our home for us. There is a sense of urgency when you don't have eyes on your vehicle. K was very responsive, quick, and was willing to go right away in the morning but I asked for more time and he was still willing to go in the afternoon. Price was very reasonable especially with inflation happening now. I recommend this towing company for you and your family to have a peace of mind, with no questions asked for sometimes as humans we also feel judged when it comes to our property, and I in no way shape or form felt judged.

“If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. We have used them twice, one being a lowered dually on semi wheels. Different drivers both times we have gotten roadside service from them, but both drivers were AMAZING! Not only did they get to us in timely matter, they took VERY great care of both vehicles! Flat beds arrived and vehicles loaded and dropped at locations with grace, timeliness, and professionalism. If you need a tow, or any service, you can't go wrong with them! “Ignition was jammed and couldn’t get key in to turn the ignition so my car was a sitting duck after some car jackers try to steal it. Cody was able to tow my truck from my work to my driveway and did an exceptionally great job with the car not being able to be in neutral. Highly recommended!”
